Latest from Alpha Unit. I really like this post. She and I have been reading the comments on this post for the past couple of days. In fact, my eyes are aching right now.

The whole older man – younger woman thing is a little bit silly, because it doesn’t exist all that much, really. In this town here, you almost never see any outrageous examples of it.

Up in the mountains, you never really see it either, except for Harry Baker, and he was anomalous. There was another fellow in town who recently died of a drug overdose at age 47, and he liked young women too. Well, he liked them of all ages really. His name was Richard. He died like he lived, in a woman’s bed in Mariposa. But Richard was Rich, from Newport Beach, with Newport Beach family money. He ran a business in town, but the money came from the family.

The only place I saw a lot of younger women – older guys was in Hollywood and Beverly Hills. I used to live and work up there and I spent most of my 20’s in Hollywood nightclubs as part of the LA Music Scene. I was one of the first punk rockers, and I’m still a punk. Anyway, you did see it up there.

I can’t get a real young woman these days, but a few years back I could. At age 44, I had an 18 year old Korean girlfriend. Since then though, not so much. At age 52, the women I can get at best as young as 26-33 and up. Under 25, and it seems like they think I’m too old.

To me, a young woman is an object of beauty. Like a Redwood tree, a waterfall or a European cathedral. They are simply an aesthetic pleasure to look at, like looking at fine art. And I still fine myself looking at them sometimes, even though a lot of them really hate it. If they ever bothered me about it, I would have to say, “I’m sorry, but you’re so beautiful, I could not help looking at you.”

Young women always think guys my age are trying to fuck them. Truth is, we are not. We know we don’t have a chance with these chicks. They’re obviously way more dirty-minded than we are. If I’m discussing the weather, to the young woman’s mind, this is secret code for, “I want to fuck your brains out baby!” Truth is, I’m actually just talking about the weather. Really.

Around here, the Hispanic girls look really hot from teens to about mid-20’s or so. After that, they get married, pregnant and fat. These Hispanics are a handsome race, though, I must say. It’s a nice mix, the Indian and the White.

When a teenage girl, age 16 or so, starts getting that classic curved body, to me it simply excites a primal impulse. I look at it, and the Caveman in me says, “Jump on it! Impregnate it!” What you are seeing is an evolutionary advertisement of extreme fertility.

Around here, these young Hispanic chicks are so fertile I think you can probably impregnate them by looking at them with lust in your eyes.

When those immaculate rounded hips start showing up, that looks like an ad too. It’s an advertisement screaming, “These hips are meant to carry babies. Impregnate me baby!”

As far as the older women are concerned, it’s just sour grapes, that’s all.

The guys? I dunno. 7 years of marriage, a couple of kids, she’s 35, and sex is a memory. After age 40, a lot of couples are hardly fucking anymore. Maybe the women don’t care, but a lot of guys in their 40’s are still horny as Hell.

It seems to be a fact of life that older men like younger women, and in some cases, vice versa. It seems true over most all human cultures all down through time. Screaming “pedophile” at Mother Nature isn’t particularly helpful. Mother Nature didn’t make most males natural “pedophiles.”

On the other hand, most older women could not be less interested in boy toys. The Cougar phenomenon offers women a chance to do what the boys do, but that seems to be a minor movement. I don’t know any older women around here with much younger guys. I used to be involved in relationships like that. Lot of fun, I was 21 and she was 37. Both at the peak of their sex drives. Match made in heaven.

The most common description some of the older men gave of older women was “bitter.” So in addition to being fat and ugly, they were bitter, which amplified their ugliness tenfold.

So what do the fat, the ugly, and the bitter think of older guys who try to get young women into bed?

Worn out men belong with worn out women.Old men coming on to you is also, erm, rather gross. Shame nature cruelly made the old badgers pointlessly reproductive.

Some of the comments were far more vicious, including references to adult diapers.

But most arresting is the sentiment expressed by the commenter who said to a 25-year-old woman:

Your worn out 48 year old boyfriend is an old pervert and you have no integrity.

A 42-year-old man with a 22-year-old girlfriend was told that he is:

…a pedophile whose moral codes are corrupted.

How is this man’s involvement with a 22-year-old woman an example of pedophilia?

Or, as Robert put it to me, basically, “What is up with these women?”

If it is perfectly natural for a mature man to be sexually turned on by a beautiful young woman (and it is), then why is that natural desire labeled “dirty?”

Anyone who thinks this must think sex itself is dirty. Or at least scary. Which it is.

The sexual impulse can be disruptive, destabilizing, or even destructive if not properly channeled. No wonder human beings instituted marriage. In their wisdom our forebears knew that such a tremendous force needed to be contained.

Maybe these women fear men who don’t seem to recognize this. To them, maybe these guys are just having way too much fun wallowing in unbridled lust with young luscious babes. A man is apt to forego all rectitude with such a distraction.

And Civilization will collapse.

Don’t you guys see that?

Since men are bigger and stronger and less likely to give a damn, women can’t really stop them. So we resort to shrill denunciation, hoping to shame them into behaving themselves.

But it might as well have been a scene from A Streetcar Named Desire on that comments thread. Those men were Stanley Kowalski to their Blanche du Bois.

I’ve been on to you from the start! Not once did you pull any wool over this boy’s eyes! You come in here and sprinkle the place with powder and spray perfume and cover the light-bulb with a paper lantern, and lo and behold the place has turned into Egypt and you are the Queen of the Nile! “Perverts” Are Adaptive

Since the evil feminist Cunts and their wussy mangina counterparts say that any older man (over 47 or so) going after a much younger woman is automatically a “pervert,” not to mention a “pedophile”, a “creep” and a “weirdo”, I would like to point out a new study showing that older men (over 50) who reproduce with young women are actually good for humanity.

As the researchers put it, “It turns out that older men chasing younger women contributes to human longevity and the survival of the species.”

I just met a guy, homeless guy, hiking in the national forest. He had been hiking all the way through Yosemite at age 57. He’s in good shape. Although he’s a working class guy (works every day when he can), he’s still homeless. I gave him a ride and dropped him off at the mission.

He told me that two years ago in Carson City, Nevada (he travels all over the West), he had a 22 year old girlfriend. She was surrounded by all these guys her age, all hardass and tough, but she thought they were all a bunch of morons, so she wanted a guy who was a little more mature. I had always heard that teenage girls think the guys their age are idiots, but I didn’t know it extended up into the 20’s.

I met a 20 year old college girl a few years back (no dating, just friendship, but she used to send me risque pics of herself). She said, “All men are boys up until age 40.” Well, it’s probably true, right? I mean, I was, sort of, anyway.

Anyway, this 55 year old guy, with nothing going whatsoever, got a 22 year old chick! Hear hear! Don’t listen to the bitches or these punk kids. Go for it, my Brothers! If you want a young woman and you can get one, go ahead and go for it, even if you have to grab a gang of hardened criminals (Joke!) and rob a trainfull of Viagra to keep it going.

As a result, Puleston said, older male fertility helps to select against damaging cell mutations in humans who have passed the age of female menopause, consequently eliminating the “wall of death.”

I don’t really understand this, but the authors felt that theory helped to explain why human survive past the age of female menopause (We do.). There’s never been a good explanation of why.

One theory, the Grandmother Hypothesis, suggests that we need to keep older women around to show everyone else the ropes. It’s interesting, but I never liked it all that much. This theory seems to make a lot more sense, though I don’t completely understand it either.

There are a lot of cool comments at the end. The usual stuff about young women being repulsed and sickened by older guys who commit the horrible crime (worse than serial homicide for sure) of looking at them. And then some cool comments from the Brothers trashing these silly young bitches for being the mean, vicious, selfish, vain, empty-headed vessels of extreme fertility that they are.

It’s interesting that most of the commenters can’t punctuate, spell or write a coherent sentence. This seems to be true whatever the age or sex. I guess they are just typical American dumbfucks.

It’s really sad that we live in a society that allows males and females to become successful, acquire good jobs, buy nice homes, get good high paying jobs, pile up a lot of nice possessions, etc., when they are so fucking stupid and uneducated that they barely write better than a hillbilly in a shack. What a sick society.

You can accumulate all the money and fancy shit you want, while having the education and skills of a fucking backwoods Moonshine maker. I have more respect for the hillbilly. He lives in a shack, has no car, and barely gets by. He doesn’t pretend to be what he isn’t. But I wouldn’t give him a $50,000/year job.

Only in America. We need to seriously consider that a lot of high-paid Americans are dumber than a bag of hammers or a box of brick shit. It’s pretty common that you meet a person from another country who makes far, far less than their American counterpart yet who has education, class, style and erudition. They keep up on current events and are proud of the skill with which they write in their cultivated native tongue.

America is a land of rich, fat, overpaid ignoramuses and dumbfucks with no class, no taste and no youth style other than shaved pussies, nipple rings and more tattoos than a cannibal.

What a disgrace. I hope at least the stylish Europeans kick our fucking asses. I just met a few busloads of French tourists in town. A fine example of what White people could be if they weren’t aspiring to be backwoods hillbillies with $50 haircuts and new model cars. They put these fat, stupid, ignorant American slobs to shame. I was embarrassed for my people.

Flaws in the Genetic View of Racial Behavior

As you can see in this horrible article, Blacks in Zaire*, including all parties in the war there, think it’s pretty cool to kill Pygmies and eat them for food. They’ve even set of Pygmy Meat stalls in the local market so you can pick out the choice cuts for yourself and save yourself a Human Hunting Expedition. The article is six years old, but I understand that this behavior is ongoing. This is part of a long-standing slow-motion genocide against the Pygmies that the Bantus have been waging against them since they conquered them 2,000 years ago. Bantus have also been slo-mo genociding the Khoisan in Southwest Africa for about 800 years ago. That’s also ongoing in places like Botswana. Blacks in West Africa have also been eating their enemies in the recent wars there. It seems to be sort of an Africanism to eat your enemies in wartime. Actually, this is common tribal behavior not just in Africa but in New Guinea, the Philippines, Polynesia, Melanesia, the Amazon and probably other places. White nationalists on sites like American Renaissance love articles like this and always use them to point out the innate depravity of Blacks. I think this theory is in error. Perhaps if you want to make a case for the innate depravity of African Blacks, you might be on slightly better grounds, but even there, the theory would probably bite the dust. A good example of why theory is flawed can be seen in US Blacks. Racist posters on Amren are always talking about how American Blacks “would probably try to eat you” after they killed you in some street crime assault. This is faulty thinking because it conflates US Blacks with African Blacks and assumes that the behavior of both is identical because it is genetically encoded. But as much as we complain about US Blacks here, but they don’t do stuff like those below, and they probably never will. But if US Blacks had never come to the US and were still in Africa, they would probably still be running around: 1. Consuming other humans in backyard barbecue get-togethers, 2. Slaughtering each other by the millions in insane, cruel and stupid wars, 3. Killing other humans to cook up their body parts as voodoo recipes, 4. Burning witches, 5. Launching pogroms against albinos, 6. And all sorts of other charming and highly evolved behaviors. It’s not only US Blacks, but all Blacks in the West that don’t do this stuff, including Blacks in the Caribbean and South America. But as I’ve noted, the Western Hemisphere Blacks would probably be doing all this sick stuff if they were still back in Africa. Why? Because that’s what Blacks do in Africa. And why don’t they do it here? Because Blacks in the Western Hemisphere have lost a lot of their African traditions and have become culturally a part of Western Hemisphere cultures instead. So, the reason US Blacks don’t do 1-6 above is because they are Americans, and Americans don’t do things like that. Have they genetically changed in America, and is this the reason they don’t do these things? Probably not. But they have culturally changed, and that culture change has been so long-lasting that behaviors like 1-6 above have been wiped out in the US for centuries. Using this behavior as an argument for the innate depravity of Africans is also difficult. Because quite a few of the folks doing 1-6 above will quit doing it at some point if you take them out of Africa and put them in, say, the Western Hemisphere. Racialists are always bashing culture, but it’s much more important than you think. They bash culture at their peril. *The Blacks in Zaire cannibalizing the Pygmies include many Rwandans also. There’ also a long tradition of cannabalism in the Congo, dating back centuries.

The Cunts Versus the Men

This is an extremely provocative title, but it’s meant to be that way. It’s about the War On Men. There are two types of women. Real women and feminists (cunts). The Cunts in the title refers to feminists. Feminists are females who not only embody the Female Spirit (that much is normal for any female) but wish to use utilize the Female Spirit as a template for society’s rules, mores and laws. Their project is to codify the Female Spirit and use it as a club to bash the Male Spirit (in reality, that just means real guys) with every day of their wretched existence. In effect, a Female Dictatorship over Men. Such a project can only be seen as an all-out frontal assault on males and the Male Spirit. What’s amazing is not that there is a female project to subject males. That follows from anthropology. What’s shocking is that, like the self-hating Whites who double over themselves to turn White countries into Third World wrecks, there are so many self-hating males who have joined the women in their jihad against Maleness. The two projects are similar, and both are part and parcel of PC crap. In PC language, White is shorthand for Evil, and non-White is transcribed as Good. For Good to prevail, the non-Whites must overthrow the Whites and put us under their thumb. Similarly, PC sees Males as Evil and Females as Good. For justice, light and beauty to triumph, Females must overthrow Males and put us under their 4-inch high heels. As a men’s rights activist (MRA) this is an issue near and dear to me. The war on men is being led, of course, by women. This is an age-old war, as old as mankind. I’ve studied many primitive cultures. It’s one of my hobbies. One of the things that I noticed about many primitive cultures is that there was often sort of a “war between the men and women” going on. In Patagonia, in New Guinea, everywhere, it seems. It wasn’t always, as the lunatic feminists insist, just guys being Guy-Nazis and keeping the ladies down. And why would they do that? As my favorite woman (my Mom) says, “Well, men are bigger and stronger, so they rule, they make the rules, and they keep the women down.” So it’s rule by force, the strong over the weak, the law of the jungle, kind of like the cats at this house here. A nice dominance hierarchy is ongoing with these five *female* cats in this place. It shifts around a bit, but everyone knows where their spot is. One cat, formerly a wimp who just got her ass kicked, moved to a new house with three other cats. Two the the three died, and the third is the wimpiest cat that God ever made. So formerly Wimp Cat (Callie) is now more or less Top Cat. She rules. Three new cats entered the household, and Callie is now Top Cat over all these except one, who wants to rule the roost. Cleo, a new cat, always beat up Callie until I guess one day Callie kicked Cleo’s ass. Now Callie’s on top, and Cleo is afraid of Callie. This sort of thing, ever-shifting, goes on and on. Anyone with cats understands me. Why do I bring this up? As it goes with cats, so it goes with men and women. Men didn’t just rule over women to be pricks, they did so because one must rule over the other. Men and women want very, very different things. The men want the Male Paradigm to rule, and the women want the Female Paradigm to rule. If the men don’t rule the women, the women will try to rule the men. Equality is impossible. If you don’t want to be lorded over by the ladies, you’d better keep them down so they don’t rise up and repress you. Many primitive societies, I noticed, had evolved a culture where the men and women were in conflict. The men, instead of being Guy-Nazis keeping the babes down for kicks, were really in fear of the women. They kept them down for fear of them being loosed from control and thereby running amok. The women needed to be controlled. At puberty, many tribes separated the males from the females. Boys went off to live in Guy Village and girls went off to live in Girl Village. Many tribes had separate languages for the sexes – in particular, there was a “Women’s language,” apparently invented to the women could talk and the guys could not understand them. On occasion, Pantagonians would engage in a ceremony where the guys would dress up like monsters and terrify the females. The females would be told from girlhood about the existence of these deadly monsters and to avoid them at all costs. Then during the ceremonies the guys would dress up like these monsters just to terrify the girls. After a while, females started telling the boys about other monsters, and then the women would raid the boys’ villages during these ceremonies and scare all the boys. I bring this up in the context of Child Molester Mass Hysteria, or Pedophile Mass Hysteria. Sure it’s ridiculous. But why is it so stupid? Because it represents a smashing victory of the Female Principle over the Male Principle. Wikisposure is an interesting webpage. It’s run by anti-pedophile activists, and it’s not a bad project. What’s nuts is that Pedophile Mass Hysteria is so insane that if I say I went to the Wikisposure site to learn about pedos, that means I’m a pedo! If I say I’ve been studying pedos intensively for many years now (I have been, as they fascinate me) that means I’m a pedo too! People have told me this right to my face! I told them I’ve been studying pedos for many years now, and have read half a forest of paper about them, and people either get this really weird look on their face when I say that and start moving away from me, or, in some cases, out and out tell me that all that reading proves right there that I’m a pedo. Check out the page of this guy, Siva. The Perverted Justice folks (they run Wikisposure) are launching a campaign against this guy, Siva. They are thinking of flyering his neighborhood. I have nothing against that. This guy is just an idiot, a nut, a weirdo and a jerk. I don’t know if what he does hurts kids. I don’t care. What he does is weird, and it can’t be allowed on that basis alone. On the other hand, these guys can’t go down just for admitting to be pedos. It’s not even illegal to claim to have engaged in illegal acts, as this idiot does. I can say I murdered 50 people. I can write about it every day on my website. I can make up names of fake victims, fake timelines, everything. Should I be arrested for that? Of course not. I’m a bit worried that we may start going after these guys just for being pedos (which in and of itself, is not and should not be against the law), or for “admitting to committing crimes” (in general, this is not illegal either unless you identify evidence of a crime, evidence of a victim, etc.) In other words, if this guy says he takes showers with little girls, that’s not illegal. But at some point, if you can get some statements from an actual victim, you may be able to build a case against the guy. Perverted Justice is a much more dubious enterprise than Wikisposure. It’s all about arresting adults for fucking teenagers. Except in most cases the guys don’t even fuck the teenagers. They just talk dirty to adults posing as teens, send them porn and porn links, show themselves naked on cam, etc. They also make plans to visit and have sex with adults posing as teens. I’m a bit mystified as to why this is illegal. There is no teenage girl, a 14 year old in this case. No porn was sent to a teenage girl. No porn links were sent to a teenage girl. No one talked dirty to a teenage girl. No one got naked on cam for a teenage girl. I don’t think anyone even made plans to screw a teenage girl, since there was no teenage girl, just an adult posing as one. I don’t think any of these Perverted Justice cases ought to see the light of day. There’s no victim. This whole legal mess is founded on the incredibly dubious legal minefield known as “conspiracy.” Now, if you want to get real teenagers and have them go online and entice these guys, that’s one thing. But adults posing as teenagers wrecks the whole thing, and makes it dubious whether any of these busts ought to even be allowed. Every day on Perverted Justice, they highlight new cases showing “the dangers of the Internet.” This is just another way of bashing males. The Internet is made out to be this creepy, horrible, evil place crawling with sick, perverted men all trying to fuck hot young teens. The cases allege that men abducted, raped, and drugged teenagers. Except in almost all cases, none of that happened. The girl who got “raped” was always way more than willing. This is how it happened. The girl went to see the guy. The guy said, “Let’s have sex.” The girl said, “We think alike, baby!” The guy fucks the girl. The girl has lots of fun. After it’s over, the girl says, “Wow, that was fun! Let’s do it again!” That’s called “rape.” Weird, huh? The “abduction” occurred when the teenager hopped a train or plane and flew out to meet some guy to screw him. In other words, the girl abducted herself to the train station, kidnapped herself onto a train, and then imprisoned herself across several state lines to go meet some guy. That’s called “abduction.” The “drugging” occurred when some guy asked a teenage girl if she wanted to smoke a joint and she said, “You’re reading my mind!” That’s called “drugging.” See what I mean? More mass hysteria. I don’t give a damn about adult queers fucking 15-17 year old queer boys. I don’t give a damn about some guy bonking a 15-17 year old teenybopper. I don’t care about 20-something female teachers fucking teenage boys. They should be given medals of honor. As far as fucking teenagers, it was a blast for a while, but at my age, it’s illegal. I wouldn’t do it myself, but I don’t much care if others do. Who are the punks at Perverted Justice who engage in entrapment of males seeking to screw a teenager? They’re women, of course, in this case Cunts. There also a lot of guys on there, but I noticed that almost all of them are fags. Well, of course, it makes sense. Queers, despite their promiscuity, embody in their essence the Female Spirit, and their very existence seems to be about waging war on the Male Spirit. Sure, there are macho queers like William S. Burroughs, but they’re the minority. Queers are manginas squared, the very embodiment of manginatude. Of course they’re lining up with the feminists against the Men. It’s asshats like Perverted Justice that are conflating pedophilia with statutory rape, tangling the two all up into mess of ivy vines where you can’t tell one from the other. To Catch a Predator is a much, much more dubious enterprise, a TV show in which the clowns who run Perverted Justice conflate pedos with guys trying too screw teenage girls. Of course it’s not the same thing, but the Female Paradigm says it is. According to the lunatic world of women, a guy who screws a girl aged 17 and 11.5 months is the same as that Siva pedo who surrounds himself with naked 6 year olds. Fuck that. Any sane person knows we are talking about two completely different things. But that leaves out 5 So we have To Catch a Predator. In which adult women pretend to be teenage girls, go online to chat rooms and talk dirty to moronic guys and pretty much entice them to come on over the get laid by a hot teenybopper. The sucker drives over the house, thinking he’s going to bag a 15 year old hottie. Instead he meets up with TV cameras and cops with handcuffs. He gets arrested and goes down for “Conspiracy to Try to Attempt to Think About Fucking a 15 Year Old Girl” or some BS. Perverted Justice supposedly gets paid $100,000 an episode for these stupid shows, which shows that they are corrupt as Hell. That TV show is pandering to the sleaziest and lowest of the Female Spirit in its most diabolically man-hating essence. To Catch a Predator is nothing more than society’s War On Men. Now, 10’s of millions of “men” probably love this show, but that’s because they’re manginas, not males. A mangina is worse than a Beta Male or even an Omega Male. Betas and Omegas are guys at least. They’re just guys who are trying to get laid but aren’t getting any. A mangina isn’t even a man, biologically, sure, but in spirit, he’s nothing but a woman. He’s a traitor, a spy, an agent who works for the enemy against his male brothers in the War of the Sexes. How do I feel about the guys getting cuffed? Well, they’re morons. They’re victims, but they’re also fools. The law’s the law. After age 20 or so, don’t mess with teenage girls. In the present climate, you’re going down hard. On the other hand, that show shouldn’t even exist. In the liberated 1970’s, it never would have seen the light of day. It only exists now as an expression of a malign Female Spirit waging a savage war against Maleness. At my age, I can’t even look at young girls. There are a bunch of silly little stupid twats around where I live. These bitches are about 12-14, I guess. They look at me all the time. I haven’t the faintest idea why they look at me, and if you try to look back and try to figure out what the stare means, you will be baffled. It could be anything. They seem like they’re checking me out. Or maybe they’re not. It’s not a hostile look. I don’t know how to describe it. I used to look back, but not anymore. Now, when I see these little Female Devil Twats, I try to look at the ground the whole time. I look anywhere but at them, at the sky, at the birds, at my feet, anywhere. Why? Because I figured out a while back that if you look back at them with any sort of look at all on your face, they might shout, “Pervert!” Ridiculous, huh? This is what the Feminist Dictatorship is doing to young girls. It’s training them to see all of us males as diabolical, criminal pedophiles, rapists and killers. The wicked To Catch a Predator show plays into this. Men are dangerous. Dangerous and evil. Girls and women are pristine, wonderful and good and must be on alert at all times against evil, sick, perverted males. Why are we sick, evil and perverted? Because we have dicks that get hard, and that is a dangerous thing. I find the notion of American teenage girls, age 15-17, as some kind of precious little snowflakes as comical. I’ve been to their forums, following links to this site, out of curiosity. According to Pedophile Mass Hysteria, that makes me a pedophile right there! I’m not allowed to look at the profiles teenage girls set up on the Internet! Looking over their profiles, about half of the teenage girls in America seem to be having a contest to see who can out-slut who. The notion that these Paragons of Female Goodness need to be protected chivalrously from the Perverted Male Spirit (perverted because it wants to fuck them, and no less of a reason) is so ridiculous it doesn’t even bear repeating. Things are so weird now that I can’t even talk to a teenager, especially a teenage girl. I taught kids for years, so it’s normal to talk to them. I can’t even smile and say, “Hello.” I can’t say anything, can’t ask directions, nothing. There’s about nothing that’s ok for me to say to them ever under any circumstances. Increasingly, this even applies to young women, aged 18-20 or so and maybe even older. I can’t talk to them either. If they’re behind the counter getting my order, I can’t chat them up. They’re perfectly legal, but the Female Paradigm says they’re still virginal little girls. Anyway, since I’m old enough to be Daddy, I’m sick and evil (because my aging dick still gets hard) so these woman-children need to be protected from Old Rapist Pedo Me. Sometimes, a few of them act real friendly and even flirty, but I’m usually terrified to talk to them much for fear of being called a pervert or a pedo. This is SHIT! Pedophile Mass Hysteria also applies to that horrible specter, Child Porn. Child Porn is very hard to find. I’m not going to say how I know that, but trust me. If you sit there at your computer for hours a day, days on end, and maybe know the right people who can send you some links, I’m sure you can find it. But the insane notion of an Internet swarming with child porn lurking behind every other hyperlink is a manifestation of the paranoia in the Female Spirit. That’s the way Feminist Woman sees the world. There’s an evil rapist hardon around every corner, just waiting to rape some double X innocent. I know lots of guys who have seen child porn. They told me that they’ve seen it. None of them are pedos. Most of them either saw it out of curiosity or stumbled upon it in darker corners of the Net, like the Chans. They all told me that it was either boring and some degree of disturbing, weird or sick, and they don’t want to see it anymore. I won’t link it, but you can find it if you want. It’s Brooke Shields’ scene from Pretty Baby, a movie from the 1970’s. She plays a 12 year old prostitute, and there’s a bathtub scene where she stands up and yeah, she’s fully nude. It’s legal because 1978 was a era of sanity, before the Feminist Psychos won. No way would it be the legal nowadays. I just watched this clip, and I don’t understand the appeal of it. Am I supposed to get turned on by a 12 year old girl? I like full grown females, not little girls. 16 and up, minimum. 18 and up for play. The weird thing about the video was that it wasn’t even very erotic. A 12 year old girl, even a fully naked one, is sort of boring to me. It’s not a very erotic object. Since it’s not even very erotic in the first place, why all the fuss? Sure, it turns on the pedos, but they’re a tiny group. Why should we ban this scene? On the grounds that it’s boring? I don’t understand the mindset behind someone who wants to ban these things. But the malign Female Spirit not only wants to ban that dull clip, it wants to make you a criminal for yawning your way through it. Then it wants to label you “pedophile” and stamp it on your head like a scarlet A forever. In fact, just by admitting that I watched that tonite, the Pedophile Mass Hysteria shitheads will already label me pedo. Who else would look at such a clip, right? Excuse me? This is shit. One More Reason White Nationalists Are All Insane

They are wrong, wrong, wrong on this, “Race-mixing is evolutionarily abnormal and nonadaptive” crap. I have no idea whether it’s non-adaptive or not, as opposition to race mixing has hardly been tried by humans. The whole history of man is one of the endless Race Cuisinart. WN’s argue that this history of man is bad, and that we all should have been breeding ourselves as completely pure lines all this time. But why? Looking at evolutionary biology, there is no benefit whatsoever to any species that propagates a pure line and refuses to race-mix. Evolutionary biology and in particular conservation biology is adamant that it is necessary for species to race mix, at least within the species. Subspecies are valuable due to their contribution to the species. Evolutionarily significant geographical units are once again good for the species due to their particular genetic adaptations. The more genetic diversity, the more healthy the species. The less, the more islandization, etc. as the genetic diversity gets low. A species with low genetic diversity is considered to be on its way out. Now, WN’s argue that this hold true for every species but man, I guess because they are quoting the Bible now, or as eugenicists, they figure that evolution is over anyway. But if, as the eugenicists insist, evolution is really over, then why fret over race-mixing and differential breeding rates between rich and poor? All animal and plant breeders operate on the principle of endless race mixing. They breed strains forever and ever to come up with very excellent strains, the most perfect, the best strains, through this evil mechanism known as race-mixing. If race-mixing doesn’t work, why does every plant and animal breeder on Earth swear by it? It works great in all animals, except for humans? Why would that be anyway? Race mixing is the way of man. A tribe which celebrates its male conquests of alien women but closely and jealously protects its own women from alien men is going to spread its genes much more successfully than a neighboring tribe which is indifferent about who impregnates its women.

In fact the latter tribe will over the course of time carry more and more of the former tribe’s genes as its wombs are colonized and its resources and fitness are used to care for the former tribe’s offspring.

After a while there would be no tribes left that are indifferent and it becomes a race to see who has the stronger double standard. We are all descendants of this process.

George Sodini’s Webpage. Sodini, of course, is the guy who shot up the gym club, specifically targeting young women. He killed 3 women and wounded another 9. He felt rejected by women in his life, and indeed, it appears that women had been rejecting him. I think for most of his life he was not a bad person, but he was a sad person. At the end of his life, he became a sad, bad man, and he committed an act of unspeakable cruelty. Then he took his own life. He said that for most of his life, people had always been saying what a nice guy he was. That’s because he was a nice guy. He acted nice towards others, even towards women. The reason women said he was a nice guy is because he was one. Women don’t think you’re a nice guy unless you are one. A lot of the comments about Sodini are saying that this guy was a weirdo, filled with hate towards women for most of his life, and a social bastard. I doubt it, if he was a social bastard, he would have had to climb over the naked women in his bed every morning to go to work. Social bastards often don’t lack for sex, and women love a meanie. What do women hate? They hate nice guys. Nice guys and wimps. Sodini was a nice guy, and he came off like a wimp. Women hate that, so they rejected him. In his online diary, he notes that he went to a social function, and a woman asked him out of the blue if he had been picked on a lot in school. She asked him that because those are the vibes he gave off – victim, loser, wimp. He hadn’t been laid in 19 years, and he hadn’t had much sex in his whole life. Comments from females about that aspect are deriding him. All he wanted off women was sex, they bitch. Guess what, ladies? That is what we want off you. We also fall in love, sure, sometimes, but mostly men want and need sex from women. The comments are saying, “These guys are evil. Their whole goal in getting to know a woman is to have sex with her.” You got it, babes. That is our goal. If we fall in love along the way, nice, but it’s not a necessity. We are after sex. That’s perfectly normal. When we want to eat, we head to the fridge. When we want to sleep, we flop down on the sack. When we need to go, we plump ourselves down on the can. When we want sex, we try to screw a woman. We are mammals, after all, and sex is one of the highest drives in man, up there with food. Western females, driven insane by feminism, have issues with this fact of nature. No one faults a human for heading for the fridge, so why do we fault a hungry guy for trying to get laid? It’s all the same. In Third World countries not yet wrecked by feminism, females understand this, and no one thinks men are evil. Everyone knows men are sex-crazy bastards who will do anything for pussy, and women are guarded around men accordingly. They like us, but they know what we are all about. By acting like normal males, they say we sick, evil, and insane woman-haters. The George Sodini’s don’t do this in the Third World. Most guys get married, and a woman doesn’t expect much from a man. What’s he there for, anyway? He’s a good provider, doesn’t drink, gamble, chase women or beat her. In the Third World, that’s called a “good man.” Most guys like Sodini probably get married. Those that don’t aren’t furious about their lack of sex. I’ve talked to male virgins in India and Egypt, aged 23-38. They were not bitter at all. They’d never married; of course they’d never been laid. Over there, women don’t give it up unless you marry one, pretty much. What’s to be bitter about? Sometimes I think this is a better arrangement. In that world, the Sodinis get married, if not young, then sooner or later. In marriage, the guy gets plenty of sex. Who knows if the woman likes it or not? For my Mom’s generation, it was a “marital duty” to be tolerated, and it was assumed you would not like it much. Husbands knew this, figured she didn’t dig it much, but didn’t give a damn. As long as he’s getting his head wet, who cares whether she digs it or not? That’s her problem, right? So the guys mostly marry, and mostly get all the sex they want in marriage. Women put up with the sex, or like it, or whatever, at any rate get supported, and everyone’s more or less happy. In the West, we expect unmarried guys like Sodini to get tons of sex. But why should he? In the Third World, most people would assume he’s never getting laid. I mean, he’s not married, right? You want sex, go get yourself a wife. We’ve also given single women sexual freedom, but they don’t want to use it like guys do. Human females are as picky, cruel and fickle as any other females in the animal kingdom. They select the best, dump the rest, and don’t worry their pretty little heads about any of it. Single women in the West don’t want to be giving it up all the time, and they want something coherent out of the deal. Money, commitment, marriage, a job, a passport, stuff, support, whatever. So the Western single females are having all the sex they want, for the most part, but their male counterparts probably are not. A few are, but most single guys are having dry spells at best. A few guys are cleaning up, just like in an elephant seal harem. I’m a sexual liberationist, but something is wrong with this picture. Why do we expect the single Sodinis of the West to all be screwing like Hefners and deride them as losers if they are not? That doesn’t make sense. Like with so many modern things, we have thrown out the old way, honed through tens of millenia. Not perfect, yet time-tested and definitely workable. The “modern and progressive” counterpart frankly goes against human nature and the history of our species, so of course it doesn’t work that great, yet everyone assumes it’s newer and better. What makes us assume newer is better? I have an old corkscrew, the kind they don’t sell anymore. I’ve bought several new ones, some rather costly, and none of them work worth a flying fuck. When it comes to sex, love and marriage, is newer better? George Sodini said no, guns blazing, and now four people are dead.

Why Old Farts Will Always (Hopefully) Run the World

Stephen Graham Jones, novelist, is 37 years old. That’s about the age that your typical novelist produces his seminal work. That’s pretty interesting right there. Now why is that? Because, novel writing is creative writing, and as such it may require high fluid intelligence. Music, poetry, math, science, songwriting, art, etc. also often tend to peak early. They do their best work when they are young. Think about it. Think about the best rock musicians. Best work done at the start of their career, right? After that, then what? Not a lot. Some novelists continue producing great stuff into their 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s. I don’t know about 80’s, but I guess it is possible. Fluid intelligence is related to sheer raw brain speed and peaks at about age 23. Curiously, that is also the age at which we have the highest number of brain cells. Or maybe that is not a coincidence after all. The other type of intelligence is called crystallized intelligence, and tends to peak later in life. It is often still increasing in the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and is often still high in the 70’s and 80’s. These are the professors and emeritus professors, especially in the humanities, where the sheer brain speed of hard science and math is not needed so much. This may be thought of as “wisdom”, accumulated knowledge, knowledge, what we know, how we know it, why we know it, and how we know it’s right, etc. It is not just what we know. Wisdom is life experience plus knowing lots of things. Further, as you age and know more and more things, you are able to see connections between things better. In addition, years of reality testing and hypothesis testing (same thing, sort of) has shown you which theories and patterns have tended to pan out and which have tended to not pan out. Therefore, you can not only connect with and see patterns among various bits of knowledge and theories about this and that, but you can also start to see which lines or reasoning or even behavior will tend to lead to productive inquiry and which will tend to lead down dead-end roads. This is why the world has always been ruled by old men. Elders, usually male elders, probably more because men have always run things rather than that we are superior. Many primitive cultures value female elders as well. The elders really are the best at running things. There is a reason why we have set out minimum age of President at 35 and it’s not ageism. If you let the 23 year old’s run things, wow. Sure, they’ve got the fastest brains on Earth, but they are also the biggest idiots. Speaking as one who loved being 23. They would make executions legal, and they would all gather around and cheer for them. There would be all sorts of killing. Lots of fucking too, but lots of killing to even out the fun. So, sure, maybe you get laid a lot, but then you might end up dead, too. Maybe even in the act itself. Just about everything would be legal, and that would be a clusterfuck. Nevertheless, there would probably still be some kind of a dictatorship, because people that age are natural totalitarians. There would be little sense in policy, since young folks think they know everything, even though really they don’t know shit, but of course you can never tell them that. Extreme overconfidence among policy-makers would lead to periodic international catastrophes. There would be periodic crazes, mass hysterias and witch hunts, since that what young folks do since they don’t understand human nature and human psychology very well. Such and understanding is typically not really achieved best until maybe after 40 or so, through life experience.

16-23 and 33-39

Repost from the old site. Those are two figures for the ages at which something peaks in each of the sexes in human beings. Males peak at 16-23 and females peak at 33-39. After the male peak, there is a long slow decline down to some pretty low levels. For females, there is a decline, but not much of one, and the female level remains fairly high even into very old age, and I mean the 80’s. We are talking sex, sex drive to be precise. Actually, they called it sexual responsiveness, and I am not sure what that means. It’s interesting that we think that elderly women are pretty much asexual beings, when their sex drive, or responsiveness, whatever that is, is only somewhat lower than it was at their peak. People have whispered about this for some time, and if you have ever dated a ready and willing 35-40 year old woman, I think you know what I mean. They’re like the Eveready Bunny, once you wind them up and get them started, they want to go on all night, 7 AM rush hour be damned. I am wondering what the evolutionary meaning of all of this is. Men are going to die young, so have the drive peak early, then if the guys dies, so what, maybe the woman can raise the kid on her own? For the woman, in her prime child-bearing years, you don’t want the drive too high, or she will wander off with every guy who comes along. Later, as her looks decline into her 30’s, the male partner is tempted to wander in search of younger pastures. Hence the female drive kicks into overdrive to dig the claws and squeeze him tight to home. She needs him around as a provider. Kids are grown and raised pretty much, but she still wants a man? What gives? And why does the female drive stay so high through life even into old age? What’s the advantage? Does an old cave woman have a hard time making it on her own, while an older cave guy can has more of a chance? Higamous hogamous, women are monogamous. Higamous pigamous, men are polygamous. Neat little saying, but isn’t it more or less true across all cultures, all races and through all times? The woman must be coded to monogamy, for if she runs off with every Cave Man Dreamboat who strolls past the cave, the kids never get raised and they will die. Males who sowed their oats far and wide impregnated more females than the “one woman man” types. The Lotharios couldn’t raise all those kids, and probably a lot of the kids died, but enough of them survived that his Casanova genes get passed on. Or maybe many primitive societies like the typical village in New Guinea. One guy, the chief, has lots of wives. A lot of guys are losers in the New Guinea singles game and aren’t getting any at all. The Satyr-in-Chief is coded for promiscuity, and those are the randy genes he is handing down. After a while most of the guys are really horny all the time, even those who are striking out. A lot of these Chief types are probably pretty sociopathic too, as are the guys who are just running around boffing every cavewoman in sight. Maybe after a while, the clan just gets together and kills the philandering bastard. But he’s already impregnated a number of females. Hence, sociopathy, which doesn’t seem that adaptive, is passed on genetically and survives even today in the form of gansta rap, corporate executives and reptilian creatures called lawyers. Much ink has been spilled about how humans are naturally monogamous, mostly by romantic types and women. But I doubt it, and I think this is an exercise in wishful thinking. Women tend towards serial monogamy at the very least. In a tribal situation, keeping the man around may not be so important if food is gathered and eaten communally. Daddy goes out and hunts and kills animals with the guys, throws the meat in the pot and everyone eats. So he’s not with his baby-momma anymore, so what? The kid is with Mom and there’s food for both, and that’s all that counts. As an example of a swinging-style Paleolithics, let us look at the Ache, a tribe in Paraguay that was living in a pre-contact style until 1972 (Hill and Hurtado 1976). By age 30, your average Ache female had been married ten times, usually for about a year or so. A lot of the kids die. The Ache were often not even really sure who the baby Daddy was. Whichever noble savage the Ache woman had been 57 IQ)1, are the world’s best at this. Then comes another very low IQ group (65 IQ)2, the Aborigines. Eskimos, with a much higher IQ of 94 – near the world average – have a similar advantage. Looking at Ache life, we can see why. A major cause of mortality is the very thing Mom warned you about as a boy: not making it home before dark. For the Ache, if you are out in the jungle and you don’t make it back to the village by night, you may just die, as temperatures often plunge very low in the evenings. Plus, sleeping out in the bush, you stand a good chance of being midnight snack for some jaguar. From which felinophobia may have developed? The saga of the Ache inform us that the pathologies of the urban Underclass that so horrify middle-class Americans – feral males running around like dogs screwing and impregnating females far and wide and then not bothering to support any of them, women having several kids all by different fathers, and last and most incomprehensibly, mothers who murder their own children – may not be so alien and animalistic after all. People who do these things are told to, “Quit acting like animals and start acting like humans!”. The terrifying thought being, “acting like humans” may be precisely what the Underclass is doing. These behaviors may simply be genetically coded leftovers from our tribal past. Those of us who don’t stoop so low are just not giving in to our basest tribal urges. Those who do may be just “acting like normal Homo Sapiens”, discouraging as it seems. On the streets of Detroit and in the jungles of Paraguay, life can be a short, nasty and brutish affair. In our folly, we look down at the Paleolithics. The cultured metrosexual Western man is merely the rudest tribesman in a mirror, and little less.

Native Peoples Adrift in the Modern World

Repost from the old site. Note: This post has been accused, as usual, of racism. See here for my position statement on racism. Recent news articles on the disgusting degeneration of many Polynesians in New Zealand into US Black-style gangbangers seems to be the case with many “indigenous peoples” in the world today. They just do not seem to be cut out for modern, Western, high-tech society. In most cases, Whites came into their lands and either invaded and conquered them or merely colonized them, and took away their old way of life, which, limited as it may have been, was at least working for them. A description of the Micronesians of Saipan from the interesting Saipan Sucks website (my notes) is instructive. Note this is just one American expat’s point of view, and does not represent my feelings about Micronesians, but instead represents those of the author of Saipan Sucks. I know nothing of Micronesians; I have only met one in my life, and he was just fine.

There is a very high rate of sexual molestation on Saipan, along with a very high rates of women having several kids, all by different men, and men fathering children by different women and never bothering to support any of them. The locals basically refuse to work in any sort of productive occupations, and family-based corruption in politics is endemic. School performance is abysmal. Spousal abuse is common. There is more incest and cousin marriage on Saipan than anywhere in the US. The police hardly bother to investigate any homicide cases, apparently since they are too incompetent to complete an investigation. The locals are profoundly racist against all Americans – especially White Americans. The wealthy Micronesians on Saipan are almost all notorious thieves who stole every nickel they made. Theft and lying in all of the Mariana Islands is endemic, and the stealing is so bad that locals actually resort to bolting their furniture to the floor. Micronesians feel they are racially superior to everyone, especially Filipinos, who are the most talented and hardest working people on the islands, as they are in much of that part of Asia. Interestingly, the Filipino IQ of 89 is the same as the Micronesian IQ of 87. The suggestion is that the Micronesian IQ of 87 plays little or no role in much of the pathology above.

Although I have never been to Micronesia, I assume that this description is representative of the behaviors of far too many native Saipanese. Why do I think this? Because I have seen this same pattern here in the US with Native Americans and the Black and Hispanic underclasses. This panoply of attitudes and pathologies is not limited to the Micronesians, but is common amongst many native peoples in our world, based on my observation. These people used to hold traditional occupations at which they functioned well. Now, they can no longer do these jobs, and they are either not able to do or are not interested in doing modern work. The following set of pathologies (in whole or in part) seems to be common amongst far too many indigenous peoples today: Unwilling or unable for work in the modern economy, they become chronically unemployed, and are often regarded by others as lazy people who refuse to work, collect every welfare program they can, spend days sitting around doing nothing, and often drink to excess, or nowadays, take drugs. When they do work, their working style is often seen as irresponsible or lackadaisical. They often do not do well in school, in part because many of them are not even used to being inside four walls, since they are used to spending much of their time outdoors. In their traditional life, there was no formal schooling, just learning by observation. The family structure has typically been badly broken up for whatever reason, and child abuse of various forms is common. Women have kids by various different men and do not bother to marry any of them. Men for their part have children by various women and then refuse to support any of the kids. Politics is characterized by a tribal, clan-based, often vicious and immoral scheme of ultra-corruption. Police and government officials are often lazy and incompetent. Things like roads in Congo and water treatments plants in Saipan either never get built, as in Saipan where the natives apparently can’t figure out how to build one, or don’t get repaired, as in Congo where 9 Bilingual programs founder when students are said to be literate in neither English nor their native language. Crime spirals out of control as traditional village-based law enforcement systems are no longer operative, and impoverished and often unemployed natives are often confronted with mass wealth, waved right in their face. Virulent anti-White or anti-East Indian racism takes hold due to resentment that these groups may have a higher standard of living, or may have settled or colonized their land in the past, along the painful realities of their own culture’s failure to succeed in the modern world combined with their observation of the others’ great success in negotiating that same modernity. Indigenous people, selected via repeated famine to survive on very little food, are hit like a ton of bricks with the Western high-calorie, high-salt, high-fat diet, which they are not physiologically adapted for. The result is mass obesity, diabetes, hypertension, at least with some groups – Micronesians, Melanesians, Aborigines, Polynesians and North American Native Americans in particular. The set of pathologies above is quite evident in many indigenous cultures, including Native Americans in the US and Canada, some Native Americans in South America (Amazon tribes in particular), native Siberians in Russia, Inuit in Canada, Alaska and Russia, Sub-Saharan African Blacks, Negritos in the Andaman Islands and the Philippines, Aborigines in Australia, Micronesians, Polynesians and urban Melanesians in New Guinea. Some suggest that IQ may be a factor in this situation. These groups have the following average IQ’s (world average is also included):

*Native Siberian IQ is not known, but Mongolian IQ is 102.5, and Siberians may be similar. **Some Polynesian groups have higher IQ’s. The New Zealand Maori IQ is 93, the Cook Islands Maori IQ is 92 and the Samoan IQ is 90.5 The first two are right at the world average IQ, and the Samoan IQ is close to the average. Interestingly, the first two islands were settled later in the Polynesian expansion. Siberian difficulties in adapting to modern life cannot be explained by IQ, nor can the problems of the Maori or the the Inuit. Average Polynesian, Micronesian, Amerindian and New Guinea IQ’s are not remarkably low, being only 3 points below the world average. Many countries that seem to function quite well with the modern world, such as Cuba, Iran and many Arab and Latin American countries, have average IQ’s in the 86-88 range, but most of these peoples have been living in a more modern way for quite some time now. Few could be considered “indigenous peoples”. It is true that the IQ’s of Aborigines and African Blacks are quite low. In short, IQ is not sufficient to explain the problems that each of the groups above have in adaptation to our modern world. In New Guinea, people living traditional lives in the mountains seem to do well, while the capital of Port Moresby is a crime-flooded, drunken urban catastrophe. In Samoa, traditional Western Samoa seems to do a lot better with their traditional lifestyle than American Samoa, where a Western way of life holds sway along with a very high crime rate. Cook Islanders and New Zealand natives are both Maori. Cook Islanders have a functional society, as they still live a traditional life and have not yet been deluged with tourists. In contrast, the Maori situation in New Zealand is often regarded as catastrophic, with very rates of crime and the sorts of pathologies described above. Biologically and IQ-wise, the two groups are identical. A few Andaman Islands Negritos have barely been contacted much at all (Sentinel Island), and they are doing quite well. Others have been contacted but still mostly live a traditional life, and they are doing less well but are still generally functional (the Onge and Jawara). Some Andaman tribes who have been removed from traditional life seem to have completely lost their way, live on government reservations, are mired in the most deplorable pathology and even seem to be slowly going extinct (Greater Andamanese). For an overview, see George Weber’s great website. A roughly similar situation holds with a number of tribes in the Amazon – the more they are left pretty much alone, the better off the are. In regard to the difficulties in adaptation described above, let us note that in their traditional societies, these people typically never had vehicle roads (or vehicles), water treatment plants, schools, money-based societies with paid government employees and cops nor written languages. In addition, marriage and divorce may have been a casual affair in many pre-contact societies. An in an effort to act like men. I don’t really know what to do about any of this. One idea is that a lot of these groups are not really cut out for modern life. Many of these people may do better if they lived more traditional lives, in traditional villages, with traditional styles of behavioral regulation (chief, elders, family or clan). Of course, the decision of whether to live a more Western or less Western life should be left completely up to the people themselves. Western life is not for everyone, and we need to consider that for many indigenous peoples, it is not only harmful, but it is also deadly. We can still provide them with medical care, make sure their structures and infrastructure are functional and intact, insure that they have water, plumbing and electricity, and provide them with food or supplementation if they need it. In many cases, they may need to return to a native diet or risk early death eating a Western diet.

Race, Crime, Genes, Culture, Capitalism, Urbanization: Some Puzzles

A commenter notes that genes provide a range of behaviors, and culture may not be able to move group performance much outside of that range. The suggestion by that commenter was that genes will predispose some populations to relatively high crime, and culture can only make it lower or higher, but it’s never going to be all that low. Allow me to differ on that for a moment. Check out my post on the Moriori. In a nutshell, the Polynesians are widely regarded as extremely violent people. They were violent as Hell on contact, and their oral histories indicated a culture of extreme violence dating back as far as we can tell. They seem to have been some of the most violent folks on Earth. The Maori were some of the most violent of all of the Polynesians. To this day, they have very high rates of general instability, drug abuse, domestic violence, and all sorts of crime, including violent crime. They are are regarded as having hair trigger tempers and for being highly aggressive. They have all of the social pathologies of US Blacks, though their IQ’s seem to be higher. (IQ = 91). The Moriori were a Maori subgroup that colonized the Chatham Islands in the 1600’s. They started out being typically maniacal Maoris, but after a while of that, it become clear that they were going to massacre each other. A leader came unto them and saw God. He became a religious leader, and all of the people followed him. He ordered them to renounce all violence. For the next 300 years, they were possibly one of the least violent people on Earth. Homicide was basically unheard of, and so was rape. Conflict was settled by a twig as wide as your index finger. At the first blood it was over and done with, and the conflict was buried. Around the 1830’s, the Maori came to the Chatham Islands. They attacked the Moriori and the Moriori were so pacifist they would not even fight back. They were quickly massacred, enslaved and cannibalized. Few survived. Now, how does the most violent tribe on Earth become the most pacifist tribe on Earth? It’s clear to me that Polynesians are genetically primed for violence and aggression, but it’s also clear that a strong culture can completely overcome that. Genes provide the clay, culture is the sculptor. Now, the question is, how can these profound gene-warping cultures work? Sadly, I think they work best in small tribes and villages. In large cities and big societies, I don’t think these super-cultures can take hold. They just get washed out by the genes. So in large cities and with huge populations, genes will predominate, and maybe culture has limited effects. In very small populations, culture can be a super-warper. There is also the possibility that some races are more “plastic” than other races. Polynesians may be a “plastic race” that is highly susceptible to cultural effects. Amerindians may be another one. There are Amazonian tribes right near the “most violent people on Earth”, the Yanomamo, that, like the Moriori, are some of the pacifist people on Earth. A problem with Blacks is that they seem to commit lots of crime just about everywhere. I am willing to entertain the possibility that Blacks may not be as “plastic” or as effected by super-culture, as, say, Polynesians and Amerindians are. The Development of Agriculture in Africa

Repost from the old site. Great stuff. Theorizes that the birth of the modern Black race only goes back 6-12,000 years and speculates on how they developed in conjunction with agriculture. Also suggests that Black Africans were probably the first agriculturalists on Earth. Hang out long enough on White Nationalist fora, and after a while you will be amazed at how many White racists actually believe that Black Africans were Stone Age people who had no metalworking, no agriculture and no civilization of any sort by the time the Europeans contacted them. It’s true that Africa is not known for its incredible cultural achievements. But it wasn’t exactly a complete backwater either. The White Nationalist line that Africans were a Paleolithic people with only stone implements and no agriculture is surprisingly widespread. Too bad it is horribly wrong. First of all, agriculture comes to the Sahel as early as 9000 BC. It comes to West Africa around the same time. Later it goes to Southern and Eastern Africa. The “niggers* are too stupid to grow food” line, appalling in its stupidity, continues to retain a lot of currency. Screw that. Africans have been growing food for 1000’s of years. The latest permutation has to do with Zimbabwe. Ruined by US and UK sanctions that have completely shut the nation out of the international trade and banking system, the economy is imploding and people are starving. Instead of blaming imperialism, White racists blame “dumb niggers*” for overthrowing White rule and confiscating White farms where 5,000 White farmers had 5 They need Homo Blancas Superiorus to show them how to plant seeds and hoe rows. Without White Johnny Appleseeds to grow the food for them that they are too stupid to grow for themselves, dumb niggers* will all starve to death. Incredible. All over Africa, there are hardly any Whites left. Blacks are growing food all over Africa, in every country, in vast numbers. Black Africans are surely smart enough to figure out how to grow food to eat. In order to look into this story in greater depth, we need to look at the development of Blacks in Africa from an anthropological point of view. The story of Stone Age Africans with no agriculture until Whitey shows up is nonsense. White Nationalists counter that African Blacks, even over 10,000 years ago, were too stupid to figure out how to grow stuff on their own, so they had to learn from superior Caucasian North Africans. This theory is humorous because in general, White Nationalists refer to North African Caucasians (Berbers and Egyptians) as non-Whites. Furthermore, at over 10,000 years ago, I’m not sure it matters how Black Africans got agriculture. Cultural diffusion occurs everywhere, and true innovation is pretty hard to pin down. Finally, there is not a lot of evidence that North African Caucasians innovated agriculture at such an early date themselves. As a result, the whole discussion is rendered academic as just another way for racist Whites to kick the Black man while he’s down. First of all, the original Africans looked like Pygmies or Khoisan (Bushmen). From 6,000-12,000 years ago, Pygmy-Khoisan types traverse from archaic types to the modern Blacks we know today. Modern Blacks are a young race. Pygmies and Khoisan resemble our oldest human ancestors. They have light brown skin and gracile, child-like bodies. Modern Blacks mostly speak languages related to a huge family called Niger-Congo. During the transition from archaic to modern Blacks, modern Blacks developed agriculture. Blacks had agriculture or proto-agriculture possibly as early as 10,000 years ago when proto-Niger-Congo first started breaking up. This means that Black Africans were actually some of the first agriculturalists on Earth. Sango Region hunter-gatherers were the first Blacks to develop agriculture. At first they protected wild grain fields, and then made clearings for wild yams and oil palms. At 12,000 years before present (YBP) they were already using hoes that they made, and at 8-9,000 YBP, they were tending pili nut trees with agricultural implements. There are agricultural terms in reconstructed proto-Niger-Congo from before 10,000 YBP, so they must have had some form of agriculture. Proto-Mande speakers inhabited the Niger’s headwaters at the Mali-Guinea border near the modern city of Bamako, and that was the first group to break off from proto-Niger-Congo.

Modern Black Africans are associated with the spread of agriculture in Africa at this time, and this agricultural spread is also located at the headwaters of the Niger, because this is the cradle of the Sudanic Food Complex. Also, agriculture independently evolved in West Africa (African yams, kola nut) and Ethiopia (coffee, tef) during the period of 4,000-9,000 YBP. Animal husbandry was widely adopted, and by 7,200 YBP, the Sahel had a full array of food production (cultivated crops, animal husbandry) before this full array was developed in Egypt. So the movement of agriculture in its full array from North African Caucasians to Sahelian Blacks is shown to be a lie. It’s true that Africa south of the Equator lagged behind, and White Nationalists love to go about this, but the truth is that there were no animals to domesticate down there, nor were there any plants to domesticate either. It’s doubtful that the Sahelian Blacks were any smarter than the ones south of Equator. They were just better positioned to receive animals for husbandry from Southwest Asia, and they had plants that could be domesticated. Development of agriculture in modern Blacks also seems to have led to high testosterone levels along with more robust body types. See the prior post for more on that. The first real classical Black Negroid skeleton dates to only 6,500 YBP. Before that, at 12,000 YBP, they look more like the San or Pygmies. Within 6,000 years as Africans moved to agriculture, Blacks changed from gracile archaic types to robust Negroid types. At 6,000-7,000 YBP, the agricultural transition was full. In contrast to Afrocentric hokum about Black Athena and Black Egypt, modern Blacks do not appear in Egyptian paintings before 4,000 YBP. Before that, the Blacks in northeast Africa, Nubia and Ethiopia were more gracile San (Bushmen) types. Modern Blacks reach the middle Nile by around 4,000 YBP. At 3,000 YBP, the Bantus spread from Cameroon all through East, Central and Southern Africa, of course bringing agriculture, and yes, iron-making, with them. Nubians do not obtain their modern Black appearance until 2,700 years ago. Before that, the Nubians and presumably the Hamites look like today’s Egyptians. Black populations in Africa do not bode well for Philippe Rushton’s R-K Theory. The oldest African populations of all, the Pygmies and the San, with presumably some of the lowest IQ’s (the San have IQ’s of about 54), are very highly K-selected. They have low fecundity (are not very fertile) and very long intervals between births. This is normally what is expected of a super-K-selected group such as NE Asians, and is said to be associated with high IQ. Yet in the San, it is associated with the lowest IQ’s on Earth. Rushton’s theory does not smell right. *Used sardonically

Black Males and Testosterone: Evolution and Perspectives

Development of agriculture in modern Blacks also seems to have led to high testosterone levels. Groups with the highest testosterone in the world today are primitive agriculturalists. Hunter-gatherers tend to have lower testosterone. This is because in hunter-gatherer society, women need men to survive. So they grab one pretty quickly and get married. In primitive agricultural societies, women do not need men, since they can farm on their own. So they can afford to be choosy. These societies have tended to develop in a polygynous way, where a few high-ranking males monopolize most of the females, and the rest of the men get few or none. Sub-Saharan Blacks are highly polygynous, and this resulted in intense competition for fewer women and selection for very robust male body types. SS Blacks are more robust than Whites on all variables. In Namibia, the polygynous Kavango have much higher testosterone than the much less polygynous !Kung. Broadly speaking, lifetime exposure to testosterone is reflected in the incidence of prostate cancer, with the world’s highest incidences being among African-American men (Brawley & Kramer, 1996). It was once thought that lower incidences prevail among Black West Indians and sub-Saharan Africans, but this apparent exception is now ascribed to underreporting (Glover et al., 1998; Ogunbiyi & Shittu, 1999; Osegbe, 1997). This picture has been confirmed by a recent American study:

From the 1970’s to the current statistical analysis of the National Cancer Institute Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results program African-American men have continued to have a significant higher incidence and mortality rate than European-American men. Autopsy studies show a similar prevalence of early small subclinical prostate cancers but a higher prevalence of high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia.

Clinical studies show a similarity in prostate cancer outcome when pathological stage is organ confined but a worse outcome when disease is locally advanced and metastatic in African-American vs European-American men. There is increasing genetic evidence that suggest that prostate cancer in African-American vs European-American men may be more aggressive, especially in young men.

It was also confirmed by a recent British study (prostate cancer rates are somewhat lower in Black British men because a higher proportion of them have one White parent):

Black men in the United Kingdom have substantially greater risk of developing prostate cancer compared with White men, although this risk is lower than that of Black men in the United States. The similar rates in Black Caribbean and Black African men suggest a common genetic etiology, although migration may be associated with an increased risk attributable to a gene–environment interaction” (Ben-Shlomo et al 2008).

We are only just beginning to identify the actual genes that account for the White/Black difference in prostate cancer risk. The most recent study was Benson 2014. The 2:1 black-to-white ratio in prostate cancer rates is already apparent at age 45 years, the age at which the earliest prostate cancer cases occur. This finding suggests that the factor(s) responsible for the difference in rates occurs, or first occurs, early in life. Black males are exposed to higher testosterone levels from the very start. In a study of women in early pregnancy, Ross found that testosterone levels were 5 Testosterone has been hypothesized to play a role in the etiology of prostate cancer, because testosterone and its metabolite, dihydrotestosterone, are the principal trophic hormones that regulate growth and function of epithelial prostate tissue. Many studies have shown that young Black men have higher testosterone than young White men (Ellis & Nyborg 1992; Ross et al. 1992; Tsai et al. 2006). With respect to the Black/White difference in testosterone level, African Americans have a clear testosterone advantage over Euro-Americans only from puberty to about 24 years of age (Abdelrahaman et al., 2005; Ross et al., 1986; Winters et al., 2001). This advantage then shrinks and eventually disappears at some point during the 30s (Gapstur et al., 2002). The pattern then seems to reverse at older ages. In later years, White men have higher testosterone than Black men (Nyborg, 1994, p. 111-113). This makes it very difficult if not impossible to explain differing behavioral variables, including higher rates of crime and aggression, in Black males over the age of 33 on the basis of elevated testosterone levels. Critics say that more recent studies done since the early 2000’s have shown no differences between Black and White testosterone levels. Perhaps they are referring to recent studies that show lower testosterone levels in adult Blacks than in adult Whites. This was the conclusion of one recent study (Alvergne et al. 2009) which found lower T levels in Senegalese men than in Western men. But these Senegalese men were 38.3 years old on average. These critics may also be referring to various studies by Sabine Rohrmann which show no significance difference in T levels between Black and White Americans. Age is poorly controlled for in her studies. More seriously however, she used serum samples that the National Center for Health Statistics had earlier collected as part of its Third National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES III). Only 1,479 samples were still available out of an initial total of 1,998, i.e., one quarter were missing. An earlier study had used the same serum bank for research on a sexually transmitted disease: Herpes Simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2). That study found that more than 2 Young Black males have higher levels of active testosterone than European and Asian males. Asian levels are about the same as Whites, but a study in Japan with young Japanese men suggested that the Japanese had lower activity of 5-alpha reductase than did U.S. Whites and Blacks (Ross et al 1992). This enzyme metabolizes testosterone into dihydrotestosterone, or DHT, which is at least eight to 10 times more potent than testosterone. So effectively, Asians have the lower testosterone levels than Blacks and Whites. In addition, androgen receptor sensitivity is highest in Black men, intermediate in Whites and lowest in Asians. Let us look at one study (Ross et al 1986) to see what the findings of a typical study looking for testosterone differences between races shows us. This study gives the results of assays of circulating steroid hormone levels in white and black college students in Los Angeles, CA. Mean testosterone levels in Blacks were 1 Adjustment by analysis of covariance for time of sampling, age, weight, alcohol use, cigarette smoking, and use of prescription drugs somewhat reduced the differences. After these adjustments were made, Blacks had a 1 Higher testosterone levels are linked to violent behavior. James Dabbs, Jr., studied 4,462 men in 1990 and found that “the overall picture among the high-testosterone men is one of delinquency, substance abuse and a tendency toward excess.” These men, he added, “have more trouble with people like teachers while they are growing up, have more sexual partners, are more likely to have gone AWOL in the service and to have used hard drugs,” particularly if they had poor educations and low incomes. A separate study by Dabbs of young male prison inmates found that high testosterone levels were associated with more violent crimes, parole board decisions against release, and more prison rule violations. Even in women, Dabbs found, high testosterone levels were related to crimes of unprovoked violence, increased numbers of prior charges, and decisions against parole. The latest study by Dabbs et al., which pooled data from two groups of prisoners, measured testosterone levels in the saliva of 692 adult male prisoners. The researchers found that inmates who committed crimes of sex and violence had higher testosterone levels than inmates who were incarcerated for property crimes or drug abuse. In addition, they say, “inmates with higher testosterone levels… violated more rules in prison, especially rules involving overt confrontation.” Studies suggest that high testosterone lowers IQ (Ostatnikova et al 2007). Other findings suggest that increased androgen receptor sensitivity and higher sperm counts (markers for increased testosterone) are negatively correlated with intelligence when measured by speed of neuronal transmission and hence general intelligence (g) in a trade-off fashion (Manning 2007). Black females have higher IQ’s than Black males. Black female IQ is 2.4 points higher than Black male IQ. There are twice as many Black females as males with IQ’s over 120 and five times as many females as males with IQ’s over 140. The Peopling of the Philippines

Repost from the old site. Updated April 2, 2012. The peopling of the Philippines is a bit better understood than the peopling of Indonesia described in my another post. At least we know that most of the Philippines was first settled long ago by Negritos.

An Aeta Negrito woman of the Philippines. The Aeta live mostly in Northern Luzon. White Nationalists and Afrocentrists both insist that these folks are Black people, but they are very distant from African Blacks. White people are much closer to Blacks than these Negritos. Genetically, these people resemble the Filipinos they live with.Their skulls resemble other Australoid types such as Papuans and Aborigines. Genetically, they are classed as Asians. They are part of the Southeast Asian Major Race. Their minor race is known as the Philippines Negrito Race. It includes the Ati, Aeta and, strangely, the Palau of Micronesia. There is also another Negrito race in the Philippines – the Mamanwa Philippines Negrito Race. The woman and child above are both Mamanwas. The woman has the typical woolly hair, but the baby has the wavy, Veddoid-like hair seen in many Mamanwas. The Mamanwa are a group of Philippine Negritos from northeastern Mindanao that are very different from all of the rest of the Negritos in the area. They live in Surigao del Sur in northeastern Mindanao, especially near Mount Hilong-Hilong. They are thought to be the last remains of the original Negritos to move into the Philippines. There are considerable differences in stature and blood proteins between the Mamanwas and the other Negritos, and they may represent separate migrations. Excellent photos of modern-day Mamanwas, a group of only 5,000 or so people, can be seen here. I cannot help but notice the resemblance to the Veddoid people of India and Sri Lanka and the Senoi of Malaysia. A few have woolly Negrito hair, but look at how many have the wavy Veddoid hair. The Mamanwa language seems to be in good shape, judging by the figure that only Here is a linguistics text on Mamanwa. This called a “text”, in this case a “text” of Mamanwa. It means it is a snippet of Mamanwa, with English translation usually written interlineally so we can see not only what the text means, but what the parts of each word mean too, as even the words are divided into morphemes and translated as best they can be. The text in most primitive groups usually has to do with myths, legends or stories of the ethnic group, rather than stories about day to day behavior. In this case, it is interesting that the Mamanwa, the oldest Negritos on the Philippines, have a story about the time of their ancestors, when the Mamanwa were “like children”. I guess this means that the early Mamanwa had not reached a very high level of civilization. Sometimes these stories seem silly or boring to me, but usually they have a lot of meaning for the group who tells them.

Unlike many other places where the Negritos seem to have died out or transcended to other forms, in the Philippines they still exist in a relatively pristine form, even if they are going extinct, culturally, linguistically and probably racially. Although some give the Negrito population at as low as 32,000, I say that there are 119,606 Negritos left in the Philippines, most of whom are still speaking Negrito languages, based on my estimate from here. The total Negrito population, including those who have given up on their native languages, is not known. They are found throughout the archipelago in various types. They long ago lost their original languages and now speak Austronesian languages related to the Austronesian settlers who began arriving 5,000 years ago. Philippine Negritos have bred in heavily with standard-issue Filipinos such that the Negritos are now closer to Filipinos than to any other group.

On the other hand, Filipinos do not seem to have much Negrito in them. Genetically, we can see only tiny traces of the original Negritos in the Filipino genome. Similar traces can be seen in Micronesians and probably in Malays and Indonesians. These traces range from .02 to .1 Anthropologically, Filipino skulls look SE Asian. Nor do Filipinos look Negrito. In appearance they resemble other Austronesians like Taiwanese aborigines, Indonesians and Malays. While Philippines Negrito genes look Filipino, Negrito skulls look Australoid, clustering with Aborigines, the Ainu, Tamils, Aborigines, the Sakai of Malaysia, Papuans, Melanesians and Fuegian and Pericu Amerindians. The Negritos have long been a small group in the Philippines, and the other Filipinos have long dwarfed them in population. Hence, a small amount of inbreeding quickly produced many Filipino genes in Negritos but few Negrito genes in Filipinos.

Some, like the ones who live near the Mamanwa in Surigao del Sur in northeast Mindanao, live off the forest and are being badly affected by deforestation. The Agusan Manobo have at least Traditionally, the Manobos are considered to be among the Nesiot Austronesians. 5 A very difficult linguistics paper on Agusan Manobo is available here. It deals with a subfield called discourse analysis, something I never studied and hence don’t really understand very well. It analyzes language at the discourse level – beyond sounds (phonology), parts of words (morphology), words (lexicology), and sentences (syntax). It analyzes narratives and tries to locate patterns and truths about the way that humans use language to make narratives and tell stories. Believe it or not, the rules and patterns of language work at the narrative level too. The Agusan Manobo allowed husbands to have multiple wives, common in many primitive cultures. This was usually relegated to those men who had the most money. In this tribe, only women can be religious leaders, which is interesting and resembles the Kalash of Pakistan. The Druze of Lebanon and Israel also have many female religious leaders. I think this is a great idea as I have been worshiping females all my life.

Most Filipinos have few if any Negrito genes. There are some Filipinos with Negrito ancestry, and this is readily observable in their woolly or kinky hair and very dark complexion.

She’s definitely cute in a child-like way anyway. Note the classical woolly hair of the Philippine Negritos. This is not the same hair as the kinky hair of US Blacks. Other Negritos in the Andaman Islands have peppercorn hair like the Bushmen of Africa.

There are many photos in the older literature of Filipino-Negrito half-breeds, and there is probably still some interbreeding going on. There is a lot of discrimination against Negritos in the Philippines.

On Luzon there is a regular festival in honor of the local Negritos. Almost everyone at the festival is a non-Negrito. A few Negritos wander around the crowd begging and are treated with contempt and ridicule by their non-Negrito brethren.

In a sign that the Negritos may be getting treated better in the Philippines, Juliet Chavez, a Dumagat Negrito, recently won a beauty contest. She is not bad looking.

One of my Filipino contacts told me that the best description of the Filipino attitude towards Negritos is that they do not even exist. The Philippine Negritos are related to the first groups out of Africa 60-70,000 years ago. They left via the Horn of Africa, got on boats and crossed over to Yemen, then went on boats or walked along the shore along the Indian Ocean to Iran, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Burma, Malaysia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, New Guinea, Indonesia and Australia.

The journey taken by early man out of Africa 70,000 years ago. It makes the most sense to think that people migrated along the coast, especially in desert regions. Today in Oman, almost all towns are located along the coast. There were widespread mangrove forests all along this route back then, though most of them have since died out. There’s plenty to eat along the coast, and the weather is much milder. A journey inland through deserts by such primitive people may have been deadly. Probably the first people undertaking this epic voyage, to which we are all indebted, were the Negritos.

It is generally accepted that Negritos or pre-Negritos probably arrived in the Philippines 30,000 years ago. Findings in caves on Palawan include a 22,500 year old skull called Tabon Man. The skull most resembles modern-day Ainu and Tasmanian people – hence, the Tabon Man people were an Australoid or Aborigine-type people. They were not Negritos. However, there is also a fragment of a human tibia bone dated 47,000 years ago, so Negritos or pre-Negritos must have been present in the Philippines nearly 50,000 years ago. These caves show habitation going back, some say, 50,000 years. Finds at the Tabon Caves are interesting in that giant tortoises and even elephants are found there, animals that have since died out on the Philippines. At other sites, boars, deer, giant and pygmy elephants and rhinoceros have been found. Presently, large mammals are rare to lacking on the archipelago, a common characteristic of islands. Some archaeologists believe that an even earlier man was present on the Philippines up to 250,000 years ago. This “Dawn Man” is thought to be related to Peking Man and Java Man, that is, he is a variety of Homo Erectus. No bones of this man have been found, but that has not prevented archaeologists from strangely speculating about his appearance. Dr. Otley Beyer, an American anthropologist, is the one who postulated the existence of Dawn Man. But findings at Tabon Cave date back at most 50,000 years, not 250,000 years. Nevertheless, there are what some say are human artifacts in the Cagayan Valley on Luzon dating back 500,000 years, so Otley may have been onto something. Other reports indicate these tools date back 800,000 years, in the range of Java Man. Others investigating similar sites in the Philippines question whether or not these are really tools, but even these people describe their own clear human artefactual finds as Acheulean and Lower Paleolithic. These inhabitants must have been Homo Erectus, and were probably related to Java Man and possibly to Peking Man. Acheulean dates from 100,000 to 1.8 million years ago, and Lower Paleolithic spans from 120,000 to 2.5 million years ago. Clearly, the use of these terms by these Cagayan doubters means that even they feel that Homo was in the Philippines at least 120,000 years ago. Palawan is at the very far end of the Philippines near Indonesia. Indonesia has been inhabited by Homo derivatives for 2 million years. The theory is that Palawan was at one time connected to Borneo, and early man came to the Philippines via this land bridge.

Note the woolly hair. Parts of Palawan near Tabon Cave are still pretty sparsely populated. Although Tabon Cave is now right on the seashore, it used to be 25-30 miles inland. Only 1 All artifacts and bones have to be shipped out of the Philippines to more developed countries to be analyzed and then shipped back, since the Philippines, with its semi-feudal capitalist model, lacks the modern facilities to analyze artifacts. This is the one great thing Mao did for China – he built a modern country. Mao’s achievement is best seen in comparisons like this one. This blog supports the NPA in the Philippines.

The caves of Tabon show evidence of jar burial connected with the Plain of Jars in Laos and other sites in Sri Lanka. This is probably a Negrito culture in Sri Lanka and Laos. The Negritos probably came to the Philippines from Malaysia, where they existed 50,000 years ago, down the Malay Peninsula, over to Borneo and up to Palawan in the Philippines, then to the rest of the islands. A map of land bridges in the area 50,000 years ago is here. Today, the Negritos are known as Ati, Aeta, Agta, Arta, Atta, Alta and Ita, among other names. The word appears to be not their own name for themselves but an appellation placed on them by the surrounding Filipinos. In Austronesian languages, a word like ita often means “black”.

They practiced a Stone Age culture up until modern times.

Today, their lands have been invaded and stolen by non-Negrito Filipinos, and the Negritos labor as peasants on the lands of the Filipinos. Many are unemployed, and cultural collapse is evident. Marriages are unstable, domestic abuse is common, drunkenness is omnipresent, and watching pornography is a pastime. The languages are in a state of Language Death. In the past few decades, there have been quite a few murders of Negritos by Filipino settlers. There have been few, if any, prosecutions for these crimes.

The Tiruray of Cotabato in Southern Mindanao . They are also known as the Ata and the Upland Bagobo. They may be related to Negritos, but they are clearly quite mixed. Traditionally, they are considered to be part of the second wave of Nesiot Austronesians from Taiwan. They are quite dark. Being short and dark is an advantage in very hot climates. Dark skin avoids skin damage from UV waves and prevents the destruction of folic acid in the woman’s body during pregnancy, lack of which kills a high percentage of fetuses. Being short enables one to dissipate heat more quickly in a very hot climate. A large body quickly overheats in such a climate.The Tiruray language is in excellent shape. All 50,000 Tiruray speak it, and the literacy rate in Tiruray is 4

After the Negritos, two more possibly Australoid groups came to the Philippines, both poorly understood. Traditional Philippine anthropology says that the Australoid-Sakais came first, and then the proto-Malay. It’s possible that it may have been the other way around, if their arrival in the Philippines mirrored their arrival in Australia. My working of events reverses the traditional model and postulates that the proto-Malay appeared first, and then the Australoid-Sakais. The proto-Malay were short and very hairy – were they related to the Ainu? It is not known if they were Australoid or not. The nature of the proto-Malay is completely unclear. A very hairy and early Asian seems to imply someone related to the Ainu. The proto-Ainu were in Thailand 18,000 years ago as the Jomon, when they got on boats and moved up to Japan. In Malaysia, the proto-Malay are the product of Austronesians from Taiwan breeding in with Veddoid Senoi. It is not known if the proto-Malay described in the peopling of the Philippines are the same people as those in Malaysia, but these people do not seem to be hairy at all. It seems more logical that the proto-Malay described here may have been the same Murrayan Jomonese-Ainu who came to Australia 15,000-20,000 years ago, possibly from Thailand, later mixed with the Carpinterians, and went on to become the Aborigines. As the Philippines is on the way from Thailand to Australia, it’s conceivable they could have moved into the Philippines along the way. Australoid-Sakais were the next group to come to Philippines after the proto-Malay. The Sakais are the same as the Senoi in Malaysia. The Senoi are the subject of the most flagrant yet little known anthropological frauds of our time – the Senoi Dream Theory fraud. A discussion goes beyond the scope of this post, but this exhaustive site fills in all the blanks. They seem to be a part-Veddoid group with links to the Veddoids of India and Sri Lanka. They also seem to have some roots in Southern China 5,000 years ago. It appears that whatever movements brought them to Malaysia may have carried them over to the Philippines. The Sakai mixed in heavily with the Negritos. It is quite possible that this is the same group as the Carpinterian Australoids who left India 10,000-15,000 years ago and went to Australia to mingle with the Murrayan Australoids and become the Aborigines. As the Philippines is on the way from southern India to Australia, it’s conceivable they could have stopped by the Philippines along the way. All of these early Australoid groups – the Sakai, the proto-Malay and the Negritos – seem to have left little trace on the Filipinos of today. The next group to come to the Philippines were the A Tboli tribal from South Cotabato Province in Southwest Mindanao. These people are said to be proto-Malays who arrived even before the Austronesians who came to the Philippines 5,000 years ago. No one really knows where these proto-Malays came from. Some say they came from Indonesia, but that seems dubious. Perhaps genetics can sort all this out. The Tboli language is in excellent shape, with 95,000 speakers, and there are 10,000 Tboli monolinguals. Tboli is spoken freely and everywhere by the group. Their literacy rate in Tboli is 50-6 This document, Figurative Uses of ‘Breath’ in Tboli, is a linguistics text dealing with the field of Semantics, or the meaning of words. It’s easily readable by any reasonably educated reader of this blog, and you might find it interesting to dip into it. In Tboli, one may combine the noun “breath” with 53 different adjectives and verbs to create different expressions of emotions, characteristics, or new verbs. Lengun nawa – “coffin breath” – worry, anxiety – is a cool example. More at the link.

The first wave of Nesiots came 5,000 years ago. They were tall and thin, and had light skin, deep set eyes, aquiline noses and thin lips. It is common to say that these people were part-Caucasian, but there is little evidence of this. Some of the Mangyan of Mindoro today do look somewhat Caucasian.

An Igorot of Luzon. They have a distinctive appearance that most Filipinos can recognize. These are among the last groups of Austronesians out of Taiwan. These people are also known as Bontoc, and speak two different languages, Central Bontoc and Northern Kankanay. Together these groups number 110,000. Note the terraced rice fields. Rice cultivation was brought to the Philippines by the Austronesians when they first arrived maybe 5,000 years ago from Taiwan. Some Bontoks look quite Negrito – the woman in this photo obviously has Negrito blood. An Alangan Mangyan woman from north-central Mindoro.The language has 7,694 speakers and is in good shape. Some say these people may be related to Negritos, but that is not proven. I have a friend on Mindoro who says she likes the Mangyan but prefers not to deal with them when they come into Calapan City where she stays sometimes. Asked why not, she said it is because they smell bad. They live pretty primitive lives via slash and burn agriculture in the jungles of Mindoro, but maybe they don’t bathe all that much. They come into the cities now and then to buy stuff. The men, even today, are often clad only in a loincloth.

A second wave came later. They were shorter, bulkier and darker, with thick lips, wide noses and heavy jaws. As these groups are also related to the Sea Dayak of Borneo and the Batak of Sumatra anthropologically, and the Paiwan Taiwanese aborigines genetically, it seems strange to say that they came from Indonesia. They were probably ancestors of the Paiwan who came to Indonesia and the Philippines by boats. Ancestors of the Batak later went on to populate Polynesia and from there Micronesia. I call the group made up of Sea Dayak, Sumatrans, Balinese and the Paiwan the Island SE Asian Race. From 700-2,300 yrs ago, the last wave of Austronesians came from Taiwan, and these are the present day Pinoys. This group, traditionally called Malays, is almost exclusively related to the Ami aborigine tribe of Taiwan. An initial group of these Ami came 1,900-2,300 years ago and formed the primitive, headhunting groups in the Luzon hill tribes. These tribes include the Igorots, Ifugaos , Bontoks and the Tinggians or Tinguians. Another group of Ami came from 700-1,900 years ago, and includes the Visayans, Tagalogs, Ilocanos, Bicolanos and Kapampangans. This group was much more advanced than the earlier group, and actually used an alphabet. The overwhelming majority of Filipinos today are related to this last group. 900 years ago, a large wave of southern Chinese came to the Philippines on boats and totally mixed in with the Ami-Filipinos.

Present-day Filipinos are mostly related to the Ami of Taiwan who came 700- 2,300 years ago, with heavy Southern Chinese admixture from the Chinese who came 900 years ago. The ancient Southern Chinese portion has totally mixed in to the point where we cannot see it genetically anymore, but it is there and can be seen by plotting Filipinos with Southern Chinese and noting that they plot quite close together. More recently, there has also been some mixing with Chinese, but most Filipinos do not show evidence of this recent mixing. About 2 Tales that the Filipinos are part-Australoid or heavily mixed with Negrito, very common beliefs among racists, racialists and amateur anthropologists on the Internet, are all in error, at least based on genetics or skull measures. The notion that Filipinos are part-Australoid is based on looking at their faces and noting that their faces appear somewhat Australoid. This older anthropological method of dividing up groups into racial types a la Carleton Coon has fallen completely out of favor in recent years.

The Filipinos are first and foremost a Southern Chinese people, genetically related to the far Southern Han Chinese from around Hong Kong and the aboriginal Taiwanese tribe, the Ami.

Modern-day Filipinos, excepting some tribals, are extremely close genetically to the Ami of Taiwan, such that one can easily posit a Filipino-Ami subgroup. The most parsimonious conclusion is that most Filipinos today are derived from a large group of Ami who traveled via boat from Taiwan to the Philippines from 700-2,300 years.
There has since been a large infusion of Chinese to the Philippines. Many Filipinos in and around Manila claim recent Chinese ancestry. The Ami and other Taiwanese tribes were headhunters even as recently as the 1930’s. During the Japanese occupation, they were a perennial headache to the occupiers.
They had a tendency to behead the local Hokko Chinese (the mainland Chinese who came to Taiwan starting in the 1600’s). In one incident related in Time Magazine from the 1930’s, 100 Taiwanese aborigine women committed suicide en masse as their village was attacked by Japanese colonists, screaming that if their men warriors were killed defending the village, they would die too.

Recent research shows some intriguing suggestions of closer link between Ami and the rest of the extra-Taiwanese Austronesian languages than between extra-Taiwanese Austronesian and the non-Ami Taiwanese languages. Austronesian is a vast family, but all of the main branches but one are on the island of Taiwan.

All extra-Taiwanese Austronesian languages form one vast family. There are cognates between such unexpected languages as Tagalog and Hawaiian, showing that the two peoples are related. The very deep diversity in Taiwanese Austronesian indicates that the Taiwanese languages have been evolving on the island for a very long time.

In fact, I was able to construct a compact race called that I called the South China Sea Race, composed of Filipinos, the Ami of Taiwan and the Guangdong Han, a shorthand for the Southern Chinese of Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and the Taiwan Strait.

The ancient proto-Ami descendants of the Filipinos were the speakers of Austronesian ancestor language of all the Philippines, the Sama-Bajau languages and Gorontalo-Mongondow languages. They also founded the Zabag Empire and it’s successor Lusung Empire, ancient small kingdoms in the Philippines. There were ancient Yue Kingdoms in Guangdong that were originally founded by the Ami of Taiwan. There have been complaints in the comments section at the end of the post that Filipinos and Hong Kong Chinese do not look much alike. I do not know Asians very well, and to me Southern Chinese from around Hong Kong have darker skins and more SE Asian features than any other Chinese that I have encountered. Apparently, Hong Kong Chinese and Filipinos can be readily discerned by those in the know. However, some say that when they are in Hong Kong, they have a hard time telling the Filipinos from the Hong Kong natives. They says the only way they can tell them apart is by talking to them. But my racial classification is not based on phenotype – it is based on genes and genes alone. Check the Capelli and Chu papers linked at the end of the piece for evidence linking first the Filipinos to the Ami, and then the Hong Kong Chinese to the Ami. The Chinese in this area have some of the world’s highest recorded IQ’s of around ~105. Oddly, the Filipino IQ is only 86, but there is a tremendous amount of malnutrition in the Philippines, and the population is poorly educated as the semi-feudal state spends almost nothing on schooling the people. Filipinos I have known of no more than average intelligence show typical Asian traits of behavioral inhibition, calmness, shyness, self-consciousness and even a degree of introversion in the females along typical Asian time preference and providence (willingness to work hard today in the interest of possible rewards at some unknown future time). Improvidence is typically associated with lower IQ’s, while increased providence is associated with higher IQ’s, so it is interesting to see that the Filipinos, with a relatively low IQ of 86, have behavioral attributes of higher-IQ groups. I have been completely stunned by the highly developed math skills of Filipinos who have only at best average intelligence. Asian intelligence is highly weighted towards math and visual intelligence. All of these things add weight to the notion of Filipinos being a Southern Chinese people. India, with a national IQ of only 81, has developed an amazing high tech and call center economy. Call centers are moving to the Philippines, where, if anything, English skills are better than in India. I think that the Philippines shows good potential for IT, based on better than expected math skills. Lack of behavioral disinhibition and good time preference ought to be good traits in the Filipino labor force. Like many people who evolved in the tropics, Filipinos are sunny, happy and seemingly carefree. They love to laugh, sing and party. In this way they resemble Thais, Cambodians, Laos, Malays, Polynesians, Micronesians, Melanesians, Indonesians, Caribbeans and even Africans.

The Philippines may have a better future in the modern economy than many think. This blog does support the armed Maoist insurgency waged by the New People’s Army in the Philippines, but that is really the subject of another post.
