The “Freezing Up” Date Rape Bullshit

I don’t mean to minimize actual date rape. The problem that the insane feminists have blown the definition all the way to the Moon and back, this when we can’t even get convictions for the real thing. My mother told me not to rape a woman, ever. “Force or the threat of force,” was how she defined rape.

She also thought it was rape if the woman had been drinking, but of course that’s bullshit. The truth is that you will not go down on “drunken rape” unless she is passing in and out of consciousness. If she passes out on you, quit having sex with her, dammit! This is what Brock Evans went down on and why he only got six months. But you read that woman’s victim statement, I could not help but feel totally sorry for her.

Don’t impersonate someone else to have sex with a woman. It’s rape.

Don’t give women date rape drugs. It’s hard to get a conviction but if you do it enough times, they might come get you. Also it’s rapey as Hell.

If she’s yelling no or telling you to stop, just quit having sex with her, dammit. Realistically, I cannot remember that happening to me even one time, but it’s a possibility. If she tells you she doesn’t like a certain sex act, don’t force it on her for Christ’s sake.

Don’t hold her down and force her to take it. That’s called “force.”

Don’t threaten her. Well don’t threaten her with the use of force. You can probably threaten her in other ways as people are always threatening each other like this anyway. It’s probably not illegal. Might very well be a dick move though. The kind that deserves a punch in the face.

Basically, if she’s not into it, just forget it. I hate the Men’s Rights subreddit as they’re a bunch of feminist cucks. On the other hand, they do love us men and I appreciate that about them! They also gave some great advice about this rape can of worms.

If you’re going to have sex with a woman, make sure she’s really into it.

How simple yet elegant. And how pro-men and pro-women both at the same time. You see, this is male thinking. Logic, not emotions. Logic will get you a great rape definition. Emotions probably won’t.

If no woman wants to have sex with you unless you practically rape her, I have no idea what to say! You are in a sorry state. Are there any men like this? Just don’t have sex or buy whores if that’s the sorry boat you’re in.

Here.

I dated a 19 year old girl just recently who was suicidal. At age 18, she’d never been kissed. Obviously she was a virgin. This is more common than you think nowadays. I can’t count how many young women this age I’ve met who told me they were virgins. A lot are mad about it and are very anxious to get it over with. That pretty much described where this young woman was at.

More importantly she came from a repressive background of a father who she hated (causing Daddy issues which is why she was with me in the first place LOL) who insisted that she be a virgin til marriage and constantly berated her implying she was a slut. She responded to this predictably by becoming suicidal as so many young women do. I had to do a sort of “therapy” with her to convince her she was the good person and he was the bad person and that if anyone should be suicidal, it should be the bad person but instead it’s always the good person who is!

Anyway she claimed that the first time she had sex she had been raped by a 30 year old man. She had an older man fetish, obviously. He had taken her to a motel and had sex with her. She never stopped any of this along the way to the destination or after the sex started. She had used to this to construct a tragic identity of her history as “the first time I had sex, I got raped!” This just fed into the suicidal stuff, but she wanted to be a “tragic figure” like someone out of a novel, like so many women.

Turns out she had frozen up during the rape and hadn’t even said no. The link above is about women “freezing up.” This annoying female behavior has been the cause of many a stupid law in our post-Metoo world and has resulted in idiotic changes to already loose rape laws that say that if a woman does not give “enthusiastic consent” to sex, you raped her!

Quite a few men have commented that if this were the standard, every time they had sex with their wives for the last 30 years, it would have been rape. So women acting idiotic resulted in an equally dumb change to our laws, this one based on female psychology, which, being irrational, is a terrible thing to base any law on. A change that puts men at a disadvantage, I might add.

I told her that she had constructed this story to give her a “tragic story” which in a way she wanted and it was making her depressed. I told to to “rewrite the story” to make her life less of a “tragic story.” I told her that she had not been raped! There was no legal rape. What happened was “grey rape” which is basically never prosecuted, as it’s not even against the law. What the man had done to her was a bad thing, but it was not rape. It was a dick move and he was an ass for doing, but there was no rape. To my surprise this calmed her down a lot!

Anyway, here we are back to the “freezing up” bullshit. How on Earth am I supposed to tell if a woman is freezing up on me when I am getting ready to or engaging in sex with her? What does “freezing up” even look like? I’ve been with a ton of females, and I’ve can’t think of one who ever “froze up” on me, but I have no idea what it even might look like. The sex I have is wholly consensual by the way, and I get approval for sex acts before I engage in them. I don’t like to “ambush” women by surprising them with a sex act they did not consent to.

Bottom line is I think this is ridiculous as is this insane “enthusiastic consent” BS. Of course this is typical for what you get when you let female psychology write your laws. Women think crimes are committed based not on facts but on feelings, so you get all these new crimes that are based on little more than “hurting a woman’s feelings.” Which was all most metoo crap was anyway.

Women legitimately feel that if you hurt their feelings enough, you ought to go to jail. I’m quite sure that the way many men hurt women’s feelings is pretty wrong. It’s bad behavior. Problem is that the vast majority of bad behavior is perfectly legal. Sadly, it’s perfectly legal to be an abusive asshole as long as you don’t overstep the law.

Women are claiming that this freezing up is some typical mammalian behavior akin to the “playing dead” that a lot of animals do. They may well be right but it still doesn’t mean that someone who takes advantage of this state (which may not even be apparent) is breaking the law.

It’s hard enough to get a rape conviction when a real, legitimate rape occurs. There’s no point in expanding the definition to insanity if we can’t even do that. First things first.

  1. I avoid girls who say they were raped. Too risky. I usually don’t know if they made it up or what. Many do make it up.

I know some WN women gangraped by Blacks before their awakening. I know gory details about their rapes, and you can hardly blame them for not liking Blacks. I’ve good reason to believe rape by Blacks is the worst.

Whatever bias I have against Blacks is constantly confirmed. Labels aside, I believe racism towards Blacks is often due to a lack of ignorance. I’ve long heard the other side pointing to exceptions, token friends, etc. These are usually professionals (lawyers, educators, etc.) coming from a place of privilege and dare I say blissful ignorance.
