Latvians are full-blown Nazis too. So are Lithuanians and Estonians and to some extent, Finns. The red and black flags are of the Nazi collaborationist UPA Ukrainian nationalist group. The Ukrainian flag with the lion on it is the flag of the Galician Division of the Waffen SS. This was an all-Ukrainian SS Battalion. It is revered by millions of Ukrainians to this day.
