Alt Left: This Is Almost Certainly the Single Most Inexplicable Series of Geopolitical Blunders in Recorded History

Definitely sounds like hyperbole to me, but you get the basic idea. I agree that it’s the West has engaged in a series of geopolitical blunders that are earthshaking in their ramifications. And they will turn out to be blunders.

What I don’t agree with is the “inexplicable” part. If you study the history of empires in decline, you often see this wild lashing out behavior towards the end. A wild animal is more dangerous when it’s cornered and it fears the end is near. A wild animal is a mammal. An empire is a conglomeration of many supposedly domesticated hominid mammals. But domesticated mammals don’t act a Hell of a lot different than the feral ones. They’re both mammals at the end of the day.

You can take the man out of the jungle but you can’t take the jungle out of the man. It’s part of our genetic inheritance. It’s up to us to control is wisely and judiciously. The alternative is a short, brutish, and nasty Hobbesian free for all with no Leviathan to rise out of the blue and save us.

That’s all you need to know. To tell the truth, knowing what we know about the Outlaw US Empire, they really couldn’t react in any other way. They going to sit back and agree to share power peacefully. Yeah, sure. LOL.

  1. I know this is off topic but since you were born and raised in California Robert, I want to know do you remember the Le Sierra Physical Fitness Program? This PE program was far superior to anything in PE today. Don’t get me wrong, Math and Science and vital but I think it is sad that Physical Ed is neglected in favor of Math and Science.

    1. Never heard of it!

We had to take PE every day for all four years of school. I hear they are getting rid of it now.
