Ever notice that there’s not a word about any of these massacres while the Russians are there, when the massacres should be occurring, and the massacres only show up after the Russians leave, when the Ukrainians “suddenly” all these dead bodies? Bit suspicious, no?
In this case, the Russians set up an actual graveyard with crosses for each grave. The vast majority of the people there are Ukrainian soldiers whose bodies had been left by their military out in the fields. The Russians didn’t like this and wanted to give them proper burials, so they gathered the bodies up and buried them in individual graves.
Yeah, because if you had to confirm the identities of your own dead soldiers—who Russia had to bury for you because you were leaving their bodies out to rot in the open—you’d have to pay compensation to the families. https://t.co/7dQzDyFwql

The Ukrainians found this graveyard with their own troops buried in it and immediately said it was the site of a huge Russian massacre of civilians. The whole Western press swallowed it whole. Not one single outlet called bullshit on this. Ukraine is still portraying this as a massacre of 450 Izyum civilians. Reporters and troops stationed in Izyum said that not one civilian was harmed when the Russians were there. For one thing, the population is overwhelmingly pro-Russian.
When the Ukrainians took the city back, they threatened to kill every civilian in the city. They said if the people were patriots, they would have left when the Russians came in, but the fact that they stayed means that they were all collaborators. They said that they could kill any of the civilians at any time. They ordered that only hrvinas could be used in the local stores, when most people had only rubles. They said anyone using rubles in the stores would be killed. The Ukrainians shot and killed a woman for trying to buy goods at a store with rubles.
They took away 2,000 civilians with bags over their heads, including 93 schoolteachers. Most of these people may well have been murdered. Many of these had continued working for the local government when the Russians were there. Anyone who keeps working for the government or teaching school when the Russians are there is considered to be a collaborator by the Ukrainians. Collaborators are often disappeared and many have simply been murdered. We have videos showing Ukrainians executing Ukrainian civilians for collaboration.
An Izyum resident said that Ukrainians were going from house to house looking for collaborators. He said there was a dead body in front of his neighbors’ houses on either side of him. He said a lot of people wanted to leave but it was difficult as there were curfews and soldiers everywhere. He was thinking about fleeing into the forest to escape.
Look at the attitudes of the Russians compared to the Ukrainians towards the locals. Now do you really think those are civilians murdered by Russia? Get real.
