The west has always supported Nazis. When the Greek resistance fighters drove the Nazis out of Greece at the end of WWII, the west sided with the Nazis to help them overcome the “communists” & retake Greece. Such was the hypocrisy of Churchill, Roosevelt etc.

Looks like the West worked with Nazis and fascists against the Left in the Greek Civil War. Figures. Keep in mind that the West supported Hitler until he invaded Poland. Even after that, Churchill kept imploring him to attack the USSR. The West wanted the Nazis to direct their attention to attacking and destroying the USSR and away from the West. Real sleazy!
