Ukrainian Nazis captured several Russian troops and took them prisoner near Bakmut recently and executed them by shots to the head while they were tied up. The entire thing was filmed and proudly displayed on Nazi Telegram sites. The Nazis are now saying that the men executed were Wagner, who are mercenaries and therefore not entitled to any POW protections under the Geneva Convention! Like the Nazis follow the Geneva Convention LOL!
Also, Wagner are not mercenaries by the Geneva Convention. Paid private soldiers from one of the parties at war cannot be mercenaries. So any paid private soldiers from Ukraine and Russia are not mercenaries because they are from the countries at war.
You’re only a mercenary if you are a paid soldier from another country. Also you have to be getting paid a lot more than ordinary soldiers. If you from another country and you get paid the same as a soldier and are under contract with the military of one of the parties, you are also not a mercenary. You’re just a volunteer.
Anyway, even if Wagner soldiers were not covered by Section 3 of the Convention (except they are), they would still be covered by Section 4 of the Convention, which mandates humane treatment and a trial. I believe you may have a right to execute spies in wartime.

Yes, this one is available. The Ukrainians are using chemical weapons against Russian troops, killing some of them! The video shows a chemical weapons attack on Russian soldiers. The fumes knock two of them into a small ditch filled with water, where they twitch and kick until they die. I should be able to get this one.

Just think, the West likely foot the bill for the bullets. Someone was was showing me pictures of their Ireland trip. There were Ukraine flags everywhere. I’d wager the entire West supports Ukraine. Like when you go far enough West, most people support Ukraine. I knew a genetically famous, very big Ukrainian that grew up in MN. He referred to Russian soldiers as dogs. I didn’t think nothing of it at the time. this was before most in the West knew there was a conflict over there.
What does it mean to be genetically famous?
