I had heard that Ukrainians were shelling the outskirts of Kharkiv but I could never understand why. Russians kept saying they weren’t shelling the city, so they didn’t know why Ukrainians were shelling the suburbs. Here is why. Apparently they were shelling their own people to make it look like Russia was doing it. I assume this is out of Kharkiv because that’s where the Ukrainians were doing this. They also mention the DPR and Ukrainians in other parts of Ukraine wouldn’t do this. And they speak Russian very well. People in Kharkiv speak Russian.
