Two blue shifts out of 50 elections is probably not outside of the margin of error. In a typical election with 50 states anywhere from 1-2 elections for each side might be expected to go off, or 2-4 shifts should occur, ~1-2 red shifts and ~1-2 blue shifts.

Biden may have won Iowa and North Carolina, but neither are proven. Both were hacked, but the Biden wins are within the exit polls’ Margin of Error. Biden might have lost anyway and the hacks just padded Trump’s win.
Looks like most of the hacks failed. They must necessarily go in before the election, as they are in the programming, and you can’t change the programming in the middle of the election. But the Electoral College totals at the end are about right. North Carolina and Iowa would have added 21 electoral votes, but we’re not sure Biden won there. So we can’t prove that Trump stole even a single state! All that hacking may not have done a damned thing at the end of the day in terms of the outcome of the election. Biden won and he would have won were there no hacking. He may or may not have lost two states to hacking.
All the hacking did was make a number of races a lot closer than they should have been, padded a lot of Trump victories, and subtracted points away from a lot of Biden wins. The hacking went in before the election because you can’t hack a vote in the middle of an election, so they had to guess how many points they would need to steal in certain states in order to win. It looks like they tried to steal Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia and failed in every case. They also tried to steal Iowa and North Carolina and may well have succeeded.
In each case above except Iowa, an attempt was made based on pre-election polls to give Trump a very slight win. But all of these attempts failed except possibly North Carolina. The won only a propaganda victory – “No blue wave…Trumpism is still very popular…very close election, etc.” that they are somehow trying to play up into a win. Nevertheless this was the most egregious and blatant hacking we have ever seen in a US election. The number of points hacked off the totals exceed anything previously seen.
I think that what really happened here is that a Democratic wave election or landslide was averted. And that was good enough for Rove et al, who are the folks fixing these election thefts. A Democratic landslide or wave election would have made the Republicans look very bad. Two Senate seats may have been stolen. I have no data on House seats. I also have no data on state races, which may well have been hacked too. The Democrats did poorly in state races in what was a Democratic wave election of 8.5 points, which seems odd.
I’ll do the Senate next but it’s a similar story there.
