Considering I have to live with her, one way to regain respect is to simply make her fight for your affection while improving myself.
I think the reason @Robert Lindsay cannot regain the respect of women is because he never tried to. No offense. He’s probably impatient or didn’t know the right technique.

Thank you very much, Jason. You are correct. I never try to get a woman back when she leaves, takes off, or dumps me. LOL why should I? It’s so humiliating to get down on my knees and beg, “Pleeeeeeease take me back. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease take me back. I promise I’ll be good!”
Ugh. It’s so humiliating that I absolutely refuse to do it. I’m too much of a man. I simply will not debase myself and my masculinity in that way. I refuse to.
Well, in a total dump I would say so. However, sometimes guys say really dumb stuff in an “almost situation” – that MIGHT justify begging.
Anyway, as another thought, some guys have had the dumping coming – but nonetheless, the begging etc. will probably make the situation worse.
Anyway, regarding my own situation, I’m more macho that it seems first hand. She doesn’t really see that I’m actually more like a cop than you think. I like working out and other things. Ultimately, it’s the fact she cannot see me as a provider for her son is the real culprit.
