No, it’s not specifically directed toward Whites. It only has been until the globalists assert stronger control.
Why Whites? I figure globalists have been able to get more done via White than African, Asian, etc. governments.

One theme is abortion, though honestly in the US blacks are perhaps hurt more by it, and another is immigration. Anyway, besides Whites being lowered in number, you’ve now got the stage set and put into operation a scenario where the globalists can then backstab the non-Whites they love so much.
