Prison obviously is very rough and the worst by far. At least non-prison guys rolling thru 10 or 20 years of nothing have it very comfortable, even though they’re massively frustrated.
Of course, I’m not saying all college degrees don’t pay off, but it seems like it wastes a lot of time for people, giving people a sub-par life compared to what they could have had if they had gone into the trades.
Whose to blame?
I think there has been a huge propaganda campaign to demonize blue-collar work. However, if this hadn’t happened, would the blue-collar wages still be so high?
