Normies are needed as they compliment the weird, like a straight man needs a comedian, darkness needs light, and sad needs happy.
Get the drift? How can one be appreciated without the opposite?

Literal sheep taste good and produce wool and milk. Normie humans are not deep, interesting, etc. They just go which way the wind blows, unless someone pulls the sheet over their head and farts. Empty vessels, physically there but no mind or soul of their own.
Being conformist, though, is a must for teaching (aside from certain college situations) and law enforcement. In fact, being weird or “too forward” projects weakness.
