I read somewhere many of the Whites there talk to the Blacks like they’re children. But with the Blacks having a lower IQ, I suppose that’s natural. But then again a lot of Southern Blacks are smart because IQ is just an average. But possibly even lower IQ people or kids don’t like condescending talk (Hey boy!! đ ).
