Being charged and being prosecuted are two different things. People are charged for meaningless crap all the time and the charges are subsequently dropped (as they’ve been in this case). Are you sure this is a “feminist enemy” and not just a psycho mom?
The Mom didn’t try to have the boy prosecuted. The government DA’s did.
The DA is probably a feminist enemy. This person should be hounded out of law.
