The title of this post is a bit deceptive. By the time this video was shot, the column was already deep into the Donbass and about halfway to Lugansk. I am almost certain that these vehicles came from Russia. The description on the video says LPR militia moving towards Lugansk, but I think that Russian military vehicles come into the Ukraine, are handed off to rebels, rebels take possession of them and drive them to wherever. In fact, it may not even be Russians driving those vehicles, as Rostov is virtually a rearguard base for the rebels. The Russian military vehicles may be handed off to the rebels inside Russia, and the rebels then drive them across the border. Pretty impressive, 21 vehicles in 2.5 minutes.
