Thoughts on the MRA/PUA/MGOTOW Sites

Bhabi writes:

Robert, you’re now claiming to be an MRA?

I am an MRA, yes. But I don’t like a lot of them. I do like the posters and commenters on a blog called Antifeminism. The main thing I dislike about the MRA/PUA/MGOTOW sites is that the misogyny is just so extreme in so many cases. I’m actually a guy who loves women, or at least tries my best to, difficult as it can be at times, so blatant misogyny like that really bites me the wrong way. I hate feminists, but I love women. And there’s two kinds of women,  feminists and real women.
Also there is a lot of feminism mirroring and general victim addiction that you see in most nationalist/chauvinist movements – and yes feminism is just female chauvinism.
This is characterized by “They hate us!!!!”  And endless screaming accusations of misandry. For one thing it is mirroring the idiot victim addiction I mentioned in a previous post. Victim addiction is demeaning to men because it depicts men as weak and helpless victims – a bunch of whining bitches.
Mirroring the enemy is not progress, and the proper response to female chauvinism is not male chauvinism. Yes, some radical feminists hate men, but I am not really concerned about that. I’m laffin right now thinking about it. What are these bitches going to do? Come over here and fuck me up? Beat me over the head with their strapons until I die? Big deal.
On the other hand, I am not going to ally with a bunch of haters who hate me and my kind, i.e. feminists. Male feminists are basically pussies who apologize for being men and beg forgiveness from women by claiming they are not like the rest of those evil pigs. In response, feminist women give feminist men what? In many cases, precisely nothing.
Also, I don’t like the whining, screeching tone. “They’re discriminating against us men and boys!” Oh boo hoo! Those mean girls. Didn’t they make a movie about them? Even if these bitches are discriminating against men and boys (and there is little evidence that feminism has gone that insane yet) the proper response would not be crying into our hankies and screeching like a bunch of banshee bitches.
A man doesn’t act that way when challenged. When challenged, threatened or attacked, a man fights back. He goes out and fucks you up.
So I think that the Manosphere ought to be taking a much more aggressive, hostile, menacing and threatening tone towards these feminists. It should be like, “Look bitches. We are at war with you! Got it? And we mean it. You wanted a war with us? Fine. No problem. You got that war. Understand? We are taking you on!”
We should be threatening to fuck people up. I don’t really advocate doing it, and it’s illegal anyway, but it’s the proper male response to feminism. Not wailing, but instead pure macho violent rage complete with bellowing, chest beating and threats. Let them think twice about taking us on. Are we gonna fight back? Damn right, bitches. You want to start a war with us men? No problem, you got one. Are you down?
I don’t really think we live in a misandrous culture, and misandry is not much of a problem nowadays. What is a problems is female thinking ruling society = Female Rule = Feminist Rule = Feminist Totalitarian Dictatorship. Keep in mind that millions of male manginas assist with these women in enforcing female rule.
I don’t really think most women hate us, and I don’t think they are misandrous. Instead, they’re just being cunts. This is what happens when you empower women to the extent where they think they can impose their bullshit thinking on society when male thinking would do a lot better job of it.
Men and women compete and differ in many ways and have opposing interests. So the stuff that female thinking is going to push via feminism is inevitably hostile to men. Most of the feminist women pushing this do not even hate men at all. Many love men.
But it’s not misandry that’s the problem. It’s female thinking and in particular, allowing women to carry out their competitive war of interests with men into the social and especially legal arena.
Men and women struggle for power in various ways even in marriage and loving relationships. This is because they have different interests. When the pro-female agenda is imposed on society, the anti-male effects are obvious. Because what is pro-female is often anti-male. Because females (even feminists) hate us? No, many to most of them love us. What is pro-women is often anti-male due to differing and competing interests, values and agenda among genders.

    1. Look kiddo. You don’t get to call me “mentally ill” on here, list my psychiatric symptoms which you diabolically, craftily and deviously baited into revealing via seductive techniques and you are now using against me.
You can’t do that. That’s a violation of the comments policy. The violation is called “hostile tone.”
      Ok?

        1. From the Afghan guys POV: Who is likely to put out, Bhabi or your average Afghan woman? Only reason I can think of since Afghans are quite endogamous otherwise.

        2. Surprisingly, I wouldn’t know. I hardly have any family here in America and I never talked to my relatives back home. I’m more swedish american than afghan.
But women of all kinds will put out. Just in Pashtun culture, the stigma is so incredibly bad for the whole family for a woman to have sex outside of marriage. It’s against pashtunwali and their interpretation of the religion.
I imagine it frustrates men to the point of fucking boys.

        3. Ishmael
I’ve known some Afghans (pashtuns mostly) and the one thing I’ve learned from sexually repressed muslim men is that they will target the girl who is most likely to put out, not necessarily the hottest one. Bhabi I assume sends out clear whore vibes liberation vibes. 🙂

  1. Robert, I know you’re big on legalizing birth control and abortion, but it surprises me that you don’t link it to feminism.
It’s a different stance and it’s a hard pill to swallow (pun intended).
    Agree to disagree.

    1. “Robert, I know you’re big on legalizing birth control and abortion, but it surprises me that you don’t link it to feminism.”
Legalizing it? Where have you been? IT ALREADY IS LEGAL! Now we’re working on Mary Jane.

  2. It was the discovery a few thousand years ago of this connection between the regulation of female sexuality on the one hand and family and social stability, male productivity and social progress on the other which ended the Stone Age and began the era of patriarchal civilization. “Patriarchy’s age,” says lesbian- feminist Susan Cavin, “is approximately 3,000-5,000 years old. Compared to the millions of years human ancestors have populated the earth, patriarchy represents only a dot of human time.” True. The fact shows that the creation of patriarchy is the greatest of human achievements, since each and every one of the other achievements of civilization came into existence during that dot of time, whereas the preceding millions of years created none of them. Patriarchy, says Adrienne Rich, “is the one system which recorded civilization has never actively challenged.” That is because without patriarchy there can be no recorded (or unrecorded) civilization. The central fact about patriarchal civilization, besides its recency and the magnitude of its accomplishments, is its artificiality and fragility, its dependence on women’s willingness to submit to sexual regulation. Women’s de-regulation of themselves by achieving economic and sexual independence can wreck the system. The ghettos show how easily this can happen. The wrecking of the system is rapidly spreading from the ghettos to the larger society, where the legal system has become patriarchy’s chief enemy, expelling half of society’s fathers from their homes. ”

    It’s just too easy!

    1. “The fact shows that the creation of patriarchy is the greatest of human achievements, since each and every one of the other achievements of civilization came into existence during that dot of time,”
I’ve been saying this here forever. Homo sapiens are the only mammals where the male does more than just impregnate and vanish. Feminism is taking us back to the stone age by glorifying single motherhood and making males redundant. I had read an interesting article somewhere about how humans outlived the Neanderthals due to social organization structured around gender roles which gave our side the advantage of division of labour.

      1. And birth control, abortions and sperm banks take away the sexual regulations women traditionally had. Unless we want to revert to shutting our women in.
Man, I’ve railed on the big three for too long. I’m going to stop. I’ll just pick fights here..

      2. Fair enough, make your point, but humans aren’t the ONLY mammals where the male does more than impregnate and then vanish. You make your argument weaker by saying something that is easily dismissed.
“Although male gorillas do not take an active role in caring for infants, they play an important role in their socialization, often associating with older infants and juveniles (Stewart 2001). The relationship that develops between the silverback and infants in his group is usually supportive; he serves as an attachment figure during the difficult time of weaning and he shields young gorillas from intragroup aggression by intervening in disputes involving older, more dominant individuals (Stewart 2001).”
        source: http://pin.primate.wisc.edu/factsheets/entry/gorilla/behav
“What’s not controversial is that helpful fathers are relatively common among certain groups of mammals. Among the primates and the carnivores, up to 40% of genera show some form of paternal care (Kleiman and Malcolm 1981).
In wolves, foxes, and wild dogs, this paternal care is direct and crucial. Fathers share with mothers the tasks of hunting, feeding, cleaning, and protecting the cubs. They play with their cubs, too (Malcolm 1985).
And among some monogamous New World monkeys, fathers perform similarly important roles. Marmoset and tamarin fathers carry their young on their backs and share food. Owl monkeys, titi monkeys, and Goeldi’s monkeys do the same (Shradin et al 2003).
Other cases of paternal care are less dramatic, but still notable.
Male Coquerel’s sifakas, made famous by the preschool TV show “Zooboomafoo,” have been observed grooming and holding infants (Bastian and Brockman 2007).
In other lemur species, fathers guard and babysit their young (Vasey 2007; Fietz and Dausmann 2003).”

      3. Let me posit this to you Beatrix (though I’m limiting the scope to the US since I have little knowledge of the developing world):
Imagine a US where women have no reproductive rights — no access or right to abortion and only one form of birth control save abstinence.
What would your analysis be of the situation if, given that circumstance, women were walking out on or otherwise neglecting children they didn’t plan for? Would you say that something needed to be done about these women or that as a society we need to provide them with the right to abortion and better contraceptives?
Because that’s the state that men in the US live in every day. Now I’m not saying that it should be OK for a man to walk out on kids he helped create, but to me there’s a stark hypocrisy there to say on the one hand that reproductive rights are a necessity for the control of one’s life and then turn around and call the one group of people who have no reproductive and probably never will a bunch of “deadbeats.”
And before you remark that men can “keep it in their pants” I’l like to point out that the same reasoning can apply to women’s access to abortion and contraception.

      4. Pat, US men HAVE reproductive rights. Its called CONDOM and VASECTOMY.
You DO NOT have to impregnate women you don’t want to.

      5. And as a point of reference I’d like to mention Safe Haven laws which every state has. These laws if you’re not familiar basically state that a woman can relinquish responsibilities of a child — usually within 30 days of birth — to a hospital, police or fire station, no questions asked.
These laws were passed in response to women actually killing babies they didn’t want.
Now can you imagine a world where men are killing babies they don’t want to be responsible for so the legislature passes laws so they simply relinqish responsibility — no questions asked and no judgement by the rest of the society?!

      6. “I’m not saying that it should be OK for a man to walk out on kids he helped create, but to me there’s a stark hypocrisy there to say on the one hand that reproductive rights are a necessity for the control of one’s life and then turn around and call the one group of people who have no reproductive and probably never will a bunch of “deadbeats.””
Is his problem that a man can’t force a woman to get an abortion?
        W T F Pat.

  3. “Who brought sin and death into the world?” Genesis answers, “Woman, in her alliance with the snake, which stands for free female sexuality.”
    Even the bible!

    1. Ishmael, something for you to ponder written by your fellow Afghan, Khaled Hosseini:
“Like a compass needle that points north, a man’s accusing finger always finds a woman. Always.”
Ha Even an old Afghan knew of MRAs!

    1. WE ARE GOING TO FUCK YOU UP BITCHES (although we don’t advocate actually doing it. Toodles).
Yeah. Do you have ANY IDEA how many feminist sites out there advocate killing males, killing all the males. killing by abortion all male fetuses, refusing to care for male children so they wither and either die or are harmed? Do you realize that Valerie Solanas’ manifesto is one of the hallmarks of modern feminism? There are feminist sites all over the Internet saying that they understand her mindset and they think it’s a great treatise.
This is actually an improvement. I am not saying go to war with all the opposite sex. I am saying go to war with the feminists. Leave the real women out of it, or love them.
Now personally, I am basically a pacifist. I don’t think I would ever hit a woman, much less kill her, just for being a feminist. The very idea seems absurd. I’m not a mass murderer. I don’t collect guns or even have one of those things. They scare me. I am even afraid of knives.
But I do think we should be getting aggro with these bitches, getting in their faces and threatening to fuck their shit up. I mean, they started a damn war with us. How the Hell are we supposed to respond to that? Maybe if we get aggro enough, they might back down. At least they will have a strong opponent. As is, the men are just sitting back taking it. Forget that.

      1. ” Do you realize that Valerie Solanas’ manifesto is one of the hallmarks of modern feminism? There are feminist sites all over the Internet saying that they understand her mindset and they think it’s a great treatise. ”
Well, its not “great”. It could certainly do with some tweaking.
        😉

        1. Bhabi are you a bengali?–I have seen lot many frustrated Bongs, becoming feminists.
Bhabi Bengalis are Degenerate humans ,You must thank god that Churchill left some of you alive .

      2. “Yeah. Do you have ANY IDEA how many feminist sites out there advocate killing males, killing all the males. killing by abortion all male fetuses, refusing to care for male children so they wither and either die or are harmed?”
No I don’t have any idea about that. what kind of feminists are they? Ultra-radical, insane man haters?
“Maybe if we get aggro enough, they might back down.”
Wait, who? The genocidal man haters? I wouldn’t mind it if those crazies were bullied into silence. I wouldn’t lose sleep over it. But I suppose there is the first amendment and I don’t think their evil thinking is going to catch on. Like you said, most woman don’t hate us. I’d rather just ignore them and not sully myself by any association with such ideas.
        That is all.

        1. Actually, I don’t know if the first amendment covers that! Oppose them if you feel the need to, tell them they are evil and crazy. Though expending energy to oppose them might imply you see them as a serious threat and in some twisted way encourage them. I don’t know but I do know I’d rather just see ignore them myself. I see their idea as some kind of dystopian science fiction that i don’t really feel threatened by. Too crazy. Most woman want men and would suffer in their absence. We need each other.
          I guess it wasn’t all.

        2. Looks like Robbie swallowed the radical MRA kool aid, Steve.
I wonder if he also believes in the Hamster Apocalypse. Rob?

      1. All women to an Extent parasites. They exhibit typical characteristics of parasites .
I wonder why Robert Never touches on the subject of Human parasitism.
Robert if you delve deep into this subject you will find many answers to your questions
South Asian Indians are Typical parasitic manginas
Bhabiji is mostly from Prostitute land of Kolkatta where Marxists have ruled for almost 40 years
        Bhabiji is typical Indian feminist.
Bhabiji never looks her Dark brown Face in the mirror
Bhabi There is a reason why Many hate Bongs.
I started thinking that Bengalis are some Hybrid Humans, They are short ,Hairy and Parasitic to extreme
Robert If you study Indian Tribes more , you will understand that many are Different Parasitic Ethnic tribes
Each Parasitic Indian community Adopts a Different form of Socialization and behaviourism.
India as a whole is a Gigantic Septic Tank with many Parasites Surviving .

  4. I don’t care for the Men’s Rights Movement. It can hardly be called a movement as it’s only confined to the internet as far as I know lol.
MRAs don’t have any solutions. They just bitch and whine about women. A lot of these guys are egalitarians. They’ll be like “We’re for equality unlike those evil feminists!” I can’t help but laugh.

      1. Change my tune about what? The MRM is a fucking joke. They have no solutions. Unlike the MRA clowns, I don’t believe men and women are equal. Therefore women don’t deserve equal rights. MRAs complain that men don’t have reproductive rights when they really should be against women having reproductive rights. They talk about how divorce courts are unfair to men(which they are) yet I’ve never seen a single MRA speak out against no-fault divorce.

  5. @BHabji —
I’m answering down here because I can’t reply to your original post. You said:
“Pat, US men HAVE reproductive rights. Its called CONDOM and VASECTOMY.”
    Imagine this:
Women can use the pill, the diaphragm, IUD, sponges, etc or get tubal ligation. That’s enough reproductive rights. They don’t need access to abortion.
All you did with your post was to affirm what I pointed out as a hypocrisy.

    1. Women who use all of those don’t complain that they have “no reproductive rights” you fool.
Use a condom or get a vasectomy and you also won’t have to whine about “not having reproductive rights”.

      1. Are you kidding me?! The media is full of women who use all those forms of birth control who not only complain about the status of their reproductive rights, they claim that other people not wanting to pay for them is somehow taking their rights away.
In fact I’m not even complaining about men not having reproductive rights because much of that is based in biology. What I’m complaining about is hypocrisy. The hypocrisy to say that reproductive rights are an essential human right and then deriding the group of people that don’t have any.
BTW I’ve debated with folks like you on the internet quite a bit over the years and I don’t expect to change your mind. It is fun however to watch you put your hypocrisy and double standards out there for everyone to see.

        1. Pat, I’m of the opinion that condoms are the only bc method that should be used at all. All the other methods have dangerous side effects.

  6. Robert — I saw you mention the site antifeminists on here. Another you’d be interested in is genderratic.com hosted by a woman called Typhonblue who used to post on antifeminists quite a bit. IMO she’s THE most insightful person on the internet when it comes to gender issues.

  7. Penis Envy
Female treats male staffers like lapdogs
Hayes’ suit says that when it became clear he was going to be removed from his post, he “felt that he was being targeted because of his gender.”
He charges that in April and May 2009, ICE chief of staff Barr “removed the entire contents of the offices of three male employees, including nameplates, computers and telephones, to the men’s bathroom at ICE headquarters.”
“Barr also created a frat-house type atmosphere that is targeted to humiliate and intimidate male employees,” court papers say.
In addition to the alleged hotel phone call, Barr allegedly “covertly took an ICE BlackBerry device assigned to a male special agent in charge and sent a BlackBerry Messenger message to his female supervisor indicating that the male employee had a crush on the female supervisor and fantasized about her.”
“Further, Barr promoted and otherwise rewarded those male employees who play along with her sexually charged games,” the suit says.

  8. Have to answer down here:
@Steve — in way did I imply anywhere that a man should be able to force a woman to have an abortion. Please don’t put words in my mouth.
Beatrix: I responded to your post due to your use of the highly offensive term “deadbeat dads.” If you re-read my post, I limited the scope of my comment to men in the US — as does pretty much of all the MRA’s in the US.

  9. From the blog post:
“Men and women struggle for power in various ways even in marriage and loving relationships. This is because they have different interests. When the pro-female agenda is imposed on society, the anti-male effects are obvious. Because what is pro-female is often anti-male. Because females (even feminists) hate us? No, many to most of them love us. What is pro-women is often anti-male due to differing and competing interests, values and agenda among genders.”
I think this is very insightful. But one of the problems is that these days (IMO) women generally have become so chauvinistic that considering what negative effect a piece of legislation or court ruling or public policy will have on men not only does not occur to most women, but that even being asked to consider that angers them.

  10. In most cases, misogynists do not know that they hate women. Misogyny is an unconscious hatred that men form early on in life as a result of a trauma involving a female figure they trusted. An abusive or negligent mother, sister, school teacher or girl friend can plant a seed deep down in their brain’s subcortical matter.

  11. @ Pat
“…but that even being asked to consider that angers them.”
True. I think deep down, feminists approach gender issues as a zero sum game. What does not infringe on their ‘rights’ (emotional or real) but infringes on the basic liberty or human rights of men doesn’t concern them. Men are still supposed to take care of themselves, even if it is involves protecting themselves against laws or social conventions that discriminate against men, to favour women.

For instance, take the concept of ‘deadbeat dad’, which is a value judgement against the men who choose not to financially support their children. It is as judgemental as the term ‘gold-digging whore’, which is used to refer to women who are too lazy to earn and living and would rather piggy back on the resources of the wealthiest available male.

  12. Gender is an enigma to me. For the past few months I’ve been puzzling over how men and women can both love each other and be so demanding of each other at the same time. You’re spot on about how most feminists are not misandrous and most masculinists are not misogynist. But the interests are so different that it creates more problems than affection can handle… I used to think being gay takes a lot of shit, but these days I’m almost relieved if not privileged to be one. I can even understand homophobia to some degree – I don’t have to deal with all this unnecessarily complicated crap when simple sex and love is all it takes.
I like this blog. It deals with absolutely everything. I don’t agree with all of it but I admire the attention to details.
