This just occurred to me.
Obama picks on the weak and the helpless. That’s what thugs and bullies do. Therefore, Obama is a bully and a thug. Right?

Eh, I wouldn’t really say that Obama’s a bully and thug.
He’s just yet another self-interested, sleazy politician, doing what his corporate and special interest masters demand.
He’s also a coward. Obama is a prime example of how far cowardice will take you.
I’m not sure he rises to the level of bully and thug, but I know what you mean and I agree.
