One of the Most Evil Bills of the Past 50 Years May Soon Pass

It’s incredible that this monstrosity seems to be passing. As if the short term $900 billion cost to the Treasury wasn’t bad enough, the bill has many other horrible elements. First of all, there is no such thing as temporary tax cuts. All tax cuts will become permanent in modern neoliberal America. The This will force the funding of SS out of the General Fund, something that Republicans have been trying to do forever. The defunding of SS through this permanent SS tax cut will create a deficit crisis in SS, forcing cuts to the program that doesn’t even pay enough for people to live off as it is. SS needs to be strengthened, not cut. Barack Obama, with the help of a Democratic Congress, will have succeeded in doing what no Republican President has been able to do in 75 years, which is to begin the slow death by torture of Social Security. It’s simply mind-boggling and inconceivable that a Democratic President and Democratic Congress started the death knell of this great program. Unfathomable! The cuts in the inheritance tax are totally unnecessary, and will also become permanent. The Republicans will hold another hostage crisis over them in a couple of years, and Democrats will cave in once again. This time the Republicans will demand a total elimination of the inheritance tax, with the result being that the tax will be eliminated, a major force of state funding zeroed out, with catastrophic effects on the debt. The tax cuts for the rich are insane, and in all probability will become permanent. In two years they will expire. Expect another hostage crisis, mass Democrat sellout and another Obama cave in. Next time, I’m going to stop the tax cuts for rich! Says Obama. Oh yeah. That’s what you said last time. Obama has no credibility whatsoever anymore. He’s violated all his campaign promises, and no one trusts a word he says. Furthermore, these tax cuts deliberately create a horrible debt crisis, which will have to be dealt with via serious cuts to essential programs. The deal cuts out US states on federal aid to the state. Federal aid to the states is gutted with this bill. This will cause drastic cuts in already bare bones state budgets. Disaster. The bill actually raises taxes on individuals making less than $20,000/yr and on families making less than $40,000/yr. That’s most working class Americans. That is through the Republican insistence on eliminating the Making Work Pay tax credit. Republicans always hate tax cuts for poor people. The Earned Income Tax Credit has been on their hit list forever. So the bill raises taxes on all low income and poor Americans while gutting taxes on the richest of the rich, beginning the slow murder of Social Security and . It’s one of the most diabolical bills in memory, and it must be stopped at all costs.

Taxes will have to be raised when the currency is renamed to the Peso, the Amero, the WeFuckedUp, or something to that effect. When foreign nations force the US to convert it’s currency to something other than the US dollar, the old US will be gone. Nonsense like this bill hastens the end.

Sorry Unc, but I am banning. Everyone supporting rightwing economics is banned.
Ummm.. ok… but I don’t support this bill… I thought it was obvious.

The game will end when foreign countries will no longer accept US dollars as payment for oil and other vital goods. The crap will hit the fan for the US and much of the rest of the world… it looks as if China, Russia, the Opec countries are planning and bracing for this event. 5, 10 15 years…? Not sure… “change you can believe in” will become “shit you are forced to do”.

      LOL. Good one.
I’ve had an update in my nomenclature policy. I usually don;t call names unless offended, but I consider this and offense. From now on Barack Obama will be refered to by me as “that nigger.” As in, “Fuck that stupid nigger.”
