100% of Senate Republican Candidates Deny Global Warming

Wow.

There’s crazy and there’s crazy. Then there’s Republicans. This headline is so weird that I find it hard to believe. 100% of Senate Republican candidates are global warming deniers? Good Lord, this party is fucking insane.

We have folks on this website who vote Republican. WTF is the matter with you? How cold you vote for anyone this nuts? Or are you global warming deniers too?

The global warming denier lunatics include then:

CA: Carly Fiorina
KY: Rand Paul
DE: Christine O’Donnell
ND: John Hoeven
IN: Dan Coats
PA: Pat Toomey
CO: Ken Buck
NV: Sharron Angle
WI: Ron Johnson
IL: Mark Kirk
WA: Dino Rossi
NH: Kelly Ayotte
MO: Roy Blunt
OH: Rob Portman
NC: Richard Burr
FL: Marco Rubio

No way is California going to elect a pro-life, global warming denying Republican to the Senate. Ain’t going to happen!

  1. I just read that the Sun appears to be going through a cycle where it was putting off less energy. These guys might be right, but for all the wrong reasons.

  2. What are you trying to push Robert?

We all know the global warming scam is a hoax with the whole climate gate leaked emails scandal and are using it for depopulation growth given that the leading environmentalists are also for radical population control like Prince Philip.

Science. Reason. Sense. Sanity. All the stuff that leaves you out, John.

Well, it always nice to get a diagnosis in the mental health field. Helps with therapy, medication, prognosis, lots of stuff.

Now that I know you’re crazy, I’m less likely to believe all of the other stuff you say, some of which seemed plausible. Boy who cried wolf thing.

Yes, the elites are pushing for population reduction. LOL! You’ve been listening to too much Alex Jones, and Alex Jones is definitely mentally ill.

Actually science which was revealed in the climate gate scandal debunks the man made global warming hoax and showed the global warming scientific research was fixed.

In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation.

There is already a political movement you can join that is more catered to your ideas. It’s called the Neo-conservative movement.

    1. Out of all mainstream conservatives, Christopher Hitchens has always made more sense than the rest of them.

Not exactly a huge fan of him, but compared to the likes of Palin and Limbaugh, he’s a conservative philosopher king.

  3. Anyone who denies that the planet has warmed in the last 11,000 years is uninformed. Anyone who denies that the planet has cooled since the medieval warm period can go look for the Christian colonists in coastal Greenland. Anyone who denies that this year has been MUCH warmer than the previous one doesn’t know how to read a thermometer. Anyone who denies that the planet has COOLED since 1998 (as the climategate emails showed “scientists” worried about) needs to “trust” those same scientists, and accept that global cooling has occurred over that period.

Now, as far as anthropogenic global warming goes, turn your head away from your baby boomer navel and realize there are a lot more things on this planet than people, and a giant nuclear furnace 93 million miles away that has vastly more influence on our climate in one day than humanity has had in two million years of existence.

If you wanted to be scientific, you might point to how burning all this fossil fuel is a grand experiment in how much carbon the biosphere can absorb. It’s also an unwise experiment, imho, but that’s another matter.

  4. It’s a tragedy that EVERYTHING has to be political.Even science which you hope is based on empirical fact still gets filtered through partisan politics.
