In MN, I believe a 16 year old can have sex with an adult of any age.
12 and 18? You must be high.
At age 12, even 15 is probably too old.
Child consent laws exist to protect children from being taken advantage of. There is a huge power imbalance between 18 year-old male, for example, and a 12 year-old girl.
I haven’t the faintest idea what to do with the 12 yr old girls.

the first case is a guy from MN who’s a “sex offender” because he ripped open a woman’s shirt in a date-rape. then he stopped when she started crying and begging.
i do not think this guy should be branded for life as a “sex offender” if he stopped. wtf. maybe some jail time…maybe.
no offense but your proposed laws are a bit “ageist.” why not have the same AOC for EVERYONE?
